  • Hi guys, today I did some classic exercises that I would just usually do. Now I'm going to rest up and get my arms into the best shape possible!
    I usually stop preparing for the competition 3 days before it starts, and before those 3 days of rest I don't do anything different to my training, I just continue training as normal and rest completely in those 3 days.

    You're stronger than most of the greats were at your age. I think you simply train smarter and more efficiently for armwrestling. Generally training science evolves in sports and I think armwrestling is no exception. You're the next generation. Huge potential!

    Bring your Coach and let us listen to his words, when it comes to your reps,sets,technique etc.
    Would be nice to see how did you learn, what you learnt from him, when it comes to those things.
    So we can grasp the feel of being support from another professional, just like you did when you started.

    Many guys like Devon and John rest for 2 weeks before a match. Meanwhile Toddzilla keeps training until match day. He only lowers intensity and does more volume. You only rest for 3 days before competition. It shows that there's not one clear way to do things because everyone is different

    Great job man and just a suggestion, might want to tighten that strap that is holding the pulley to the legs of the table.... that pulley was lifting quite a bit on those last lifts, I'd hate to see hit snap and hit you in the face.

    I think you should put the bolts in the back of your pully machine, when you lifted it, it looked like the back lifted a little bit, it looked a little insecure, just a suggestion! Nice video though

    Love watching your videos. please correct me if i am wrong. The riser lift you were doing there is actually a backpressure lift? when the strap is below the knuckle would be a classic back pressure, coupled with rising up would be a posting back pressure? I was under the assumption that For riser the strap was supposed to come overtop of the index finger.

      Thanks 😁 But the exercise you are referring to is not a back pressure lift exercise, as I'm isolating the riser by putting the big strap around my body. My back pressure is almost completely inactive while doing the exercise. I don't put the strap over my finger as it feels like they are being crushed, and I find that putting the strap just under my knuckles benefits me the most when it comes to strengthening my rising :)

    If you train toproll, why are you doing your wrist from that position? you should do wrist while your hand is vertical, not horizontal. Hookers should do more horizontal wrist curls

      It is almost the same thing, the pressure is still on my wrist and fingers the same way it would be if I did it vertically 😊

    How often do you train and what do you take from sport supplements for recovery bro ?

      I train every day and I only take fish oil (Omega 3), multi-vitamin, magnesium, and creatine for supplements.

      I think it should make a difference when you train 😅 so if you feel more comfortable using elbow sleeves, use them 😊

    vrijeme je Rino polako na EvsW ipak je ovo budućnost izgleda, show, ne turniri i da nazovem olimpijski sport. A realno, zabavnije je, puno.
    Na kraju se svodi šta publika zeli, dobro Devon kaze da je ovo neka vrsta borilačkog sporta, ipak izgleda ide po tpj špranci
