2 lbs. Frozen corn, thawed under cool running water
1 cup diced red bell pepper
¼ cup diced purple onion

¼ tsp garlic powder

i’m a fatty so i use 2 tbsp butter 4 oz of cream cheese for my sauce! usually grill the corn too and bake it cuz it’s so good warm!

you can pretty much put in anything if you like it. if u do use the relish u might want to drain and pat a lil dry so u don’t ruin the consistency

I think it depends on how you're eating it. I think the frozen stands up in texture a little better for this salad.
