Thank you coach, this is my first comrades marathon. My goal is to finish the race. I followed your closely your training plan although I missed some of the days because of injury and sickness. I am ready to be at the start. Thank again see you at the expo.

Toilet breaks also add time plus walking up entire hills can add at least 10 mins per hill. Must have a walk/run strategy up the hills!
