I was sitting here feeling very sorry for myself with an injured knee and a totally deflated feeling after the sickening defeat of my beloved Leinster over the weekend. Then this podcast dropped. Now I just want to get on the plane and go. Which is truly remarkable because I'm not planning on doing Comrades until next year! There has not yet been any frost over the bulk of the kzn midlands and the countryside resembles April and the days are unusually WARM. This years gravy might just be a very hot race day.
Dont use magnetic bib fasteners. They are a nightmare because they stick to each other when you move your vest around. Tried it once and never again. Don't do it!
I'm going to feel lost after comrades - no more Monday pods :(

These aren't magnetic. They are clips and work like a bomb!
