Assassins is doing nothing for you when you have in stylish executioner. I would use gyrfalcon chest peace and put ascension or the slowing dodge instead of threaded spectre to have another ability to make you invisible.
I'm mixing assassin and stylish executioner together to keep the up time on volatile rounds at 100%. i know slowing dodge is good. but for this build its not about running in and slowing i have my melee for that. i use threaded spector to get the enemy's off me. although i do see your point. but im just explaining why i went with what i went with. i appreciate the advice though! this build is mainly to deal with high end content. getting that bump from the up time in volatile rounds mixed with repulsor brace is really what makes this build tick. and which is why i chose the exotic class item i did.
