The Klamath Falls Food Scene

I have people ask me about the Klamath Falls food scene. Is there a Red Lobster, Olive Garden, In N Out Burger, and some people will send me a list of their favorite places wanting to know about the restaurants. Klamath Falls does not have many national chain restaurants or suit and tie 'big night out' offerings. But what Klamath Falls does have is a nice mix of local offerings.
Klamath Falls has some wonderful American eateries like Nibbley's, Casey's, and The Waffle Hut. Wubba's is the best BBQ I have had on the west coast. Thai Orchid, Wong's and King Wah are very good Asian restaurants. Klamath Falls has some of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever had: Los Potrillos. Girasol, Mazatlan, La Super Torta, and El Rodeo have excellent food.
Do not miss trying some of our local places. They may not have the big national chain names you have heard of, but they sure have great food.

We just moved here from Wisconsin. My husband and I eat out as an adventure when we go in to town, and I have to say we haven't found any good restaurants in Klamath Falls yet. Flavors are not sophisticated, dishes seem to have ingredients that aren't complimentary, produce not fresh are some of the problems we have experienced.

I do not think there are many restaurants in KFalls that would be described as sophisticated.
