I am so surprised they mentioned Mike DeBardeleben in that first clip. No one ever talks about him, and he’s likely the most advanced, and sophisticated serial offender we’ve ever seen.
I watch too much true crime. I've never watched Criminal Minds, but I recognized every case these episodes were based on. Most without them needing to state which case.
I’m surprised that the season 1 episode Charm and Harm wasn’t on here, when I was watching I immediately connected the case in the episode to Christopher Wilder
I wouldn’t have minded that part so much if they had given him a better exit story. I’m rewatching it now but why couldn’t they keep Beth in either New York or Boston and take half a season while we watch Hotch so tired and then Rossie comes in to see him looking at a picture of him, Beth, and his kid smiling. Rossie comes in and asks what is going on that brightened his year? And Hotch says that Beth is pregnant and they offered him either a teaching gig or to start a new unit or something. I dunno but give him some kind of happy ending because what I also hate is how Hotch’s wife’s sister, Jessica, can no longer see her nephew with how they kicked him off the show.
@@Unstoppable_Unicorn He got kicked off for gross misconduct after years of abusive behaviour, he doesn't deserve the opportunity to film a happy ending scene. @@silverbrumbyfan I know why he got kicked off the show. But if I were the producer of the show that’s what I would do anyway. @@Darquesse24601 season 7 episode 4
I loved criminal minds cause they pushed things to the limit when it came to CBS or tv shows in general. Like they got away with some amazing gruesome parts lol.
I am so surprised they mentioned Mike DeBardeleben in that first clip. No one ever talks about him, and he’s likely the most advanced, and sophisticated serial offender we’ve ever seen.
Thanks Ms . mojos
I watch too much true crime. I've never watched Criminal Minds, but I recognized every case these episodes were based on. Most without them needing to state which case.
I really wanted to watch this when i was a kid. Finally i was able to watched this. Already at s10
Love their homework-Love your homework👍
I wonder if they’re ever gonna have any episodes based on Gertrude b something. The Sylvia Likens case
Farrell wasnt loosely based off of Dahmer, it's a dramatized version of a real case and killer from Florida.
I’m surprised that the season 1 episode Charm and Harm wasn’t on here, when I was watching I immediately connected the case in the episode to Christopher Wilder
The best show
I loved Criminal Minds until they fired Hotch.
If he had chosen to leave then yeah I'd understand why his ending would upset people but in this case no.
It does suck that Jack's character essentially had to be erased too though
@@silverbrumbyfan I know why he got kicked off the show. But if I were the producer of the show that’s what I would do anyway. Just for the cohesiveness of the script and show. 🤷🏻♀️ He doesn’t have to have a teary goodbye or anything just the new season comes up and other characters say why he left and where he is.
Aa much as I'm fascinated by the human psyche, Criminal Minds is a show that gives me nightmares because it's so real!
The case you said was based on Castro, it is also based in a case where the mother of a SA boy kills the offender with a gun in court. I can't remember her name. There's also the man who killed his sons offender as he was being led to jail.
I love how we're still talking shit about Richard's teeth. Honestly go off XD
I always thought the cult episode was based on the Waco massacre, not Jim Jones and the people’s temple…
I assumed a shade of grey would have been based of the one kid who killed his little sister because he felt like he wasn't getting enough attention
Burke Ramsey and JonBenet Ramsey
I love criminal minds it’s such a great show
I haven’t seen the new season of criminal minds evolves yet
Out of all Crime and Law shows ...
Criminal Minds is the only one I became obsessed with -- the only one with a relatable, awesome cast, too
Couldn't care for any of the people in the other shows.
Honestly, I felt bad for Lucas. The poor guy shouldn't have been killed. He was manipulated into killing so many people by his brother. Lucas was also a victim.
I remember a very preachy episode in the later seasons. The unsub was an incel who was based on Elliot Rodger. The unsub also threw acid in people's faces, like assholes in India and a lot of other countries where throwing acid in people's face is a too-common occurrence.
I don't remember the unsub based on Elliot Rogers on Criminal Minds but I remember the one that was based on him from SVU
@@smooshiesmommy5842 It was the episode entitled "Alpha Male" from Season 12. The character's name was Alan Crawford and he was played by Erich Lane. He left a manifesto like Elliot Rodger's that the BAU used to catch him. The BAU educated the audience about what Incels are in that episode.
@@josefk7437 oh I don't remember that one. I have to go back & watch that one now. I do know that they had an episode of LaO SVU with character based in him too. It wasn't too long after the irl thing took place
Needs a part 2 or even 3 b/c so many of their stories are base don true life events.
Never herd off this series need something to start to watch . Herd blackbird his spose to be good so will watch this one after that p.s manhunter his one of the best ever crime series why they didnt make another season his crazy 👍
“Unknown” Zodiac Killer is fortunately an outdated statement 🙌🏽 thank goodness for science!
Decent video
Tim Curry was amazing!
From Nepal 🇳🇵
“Blood Hungry” and “Lucky” and “To Hell and Back” are the ones I always skip. Even seeing the clips here is disturbing.
I listened to a book on tape that covers the Angel of Death in Ohio, it's horrifying he remained active for so long
The Colleen episode is even more hectic in SVU
What's funny about Floyd Ferrall being based on Jeffrey Dahmer is that Jeffrey actually does exist in the Criminal Minds universe.
He could’ve been inspired to do his crimes like that since criminals are inspired by famous criminals
That’s true of a lot of the unsubs. Reid often mentions similar crimes to what they’re working on.
What about the few unsubs based off of Ed Gein?
I might be dumb, but only recently I connected the dots about Floyd Feylinn Ferell, that F is sixth letter of the alphabet. So F.F.F. means 666 fitting the theme of the episode
11:00what’s the problem? Seems fine to me.
Victim's mother might have got her own justice, but she still committed murder
And? Sometimes people have it coming.
@@sarahp936 yup, but sadly the law doesn't seem to see it that way
I don't watch criminal minds, but I have watched law and order svu occasionally(I watched it more in high school compared to now because of work and the use of netflix) and I'm pretty sure there's a video about svu that's just like this one
18:26 the way he said this with a big smile on his face is absolutely terrible and disgusting!
No one else gonna comment on how funny the bad teeth comment was? 🤣
Rebecca, the only one I knew of was Bernardo and Homolka.
The lucky episode sounds exactly like Nathaniel Bar Jonah
