Only issue I have is so little storage for food. I’m assuming those were drawer fridges. Gorgeous place beautiful location great price for a penthouse is amazing.
That's crazy, i pay $1,700 a month for a studio in NYC and it's a tiny dump. Also $1,700 is considered a good deal as most studios go for around $2,000-$3,500, depending on how new. That apartment would go for like 3.500-4,500+ here. So done with this place.
Like the apartment... Could you show some newer 1LDK's--2LDK's in good locations in the city? Also like how you added a bit more info around the location of this apartment, like distance to station, food..ect.
@@kvom01 wow! Expensive…I found a way to stay in Yokohama for 3 months as tourist w/o need to rent apartment. You can book cheap hotel for 3 separate transactions of 28 days each. I found a hotel in Yokohama that I can book for $783 during the first 28 days. The 2nd booking at that hotel for another 28 days is $810. The third booking for the final 28 days in that hotel is $840. I haven’t decided if I want to though…still thinking about it.
This one is nice even with the small American closets and no dishwasher. But I resent the extra fees scams. I always thought what set the Japanese apart from Americans was they were honest and somewhat upstanding. The more I learn about them seems they're no different. Greed is real everywhere it seems.
Beautiful. But I guess I'll just buy when I get there because I'm not giving away money under the guise of being called "gift" money to the person who I am PAYING RENT to already. The "gift" is that we pay on time or early and we leave the place cleaner and in better shape than we got it. That's the actual GIFT. It should be called "GREED" money, because you want people to pay your rent AND give you extra money for absolutely nothing. No thank you, greedy.
I'd say if you're looking for a place like that, you already have lots of money and the price isn't an issue. Someone working a high paying job, or a husband and a wife.
Some foreigners might not have a high paying job though. It might only be $30-35k USD salary. They also might want to cut costs by having a roommate regardless.
Man, I seeing these videos gives me a massive feeling of 懐かしい. I used to live in Fukuoka and seeing familiar neighborhoods in your videos is so cool!

Beautiful apartment. Love all of your videos. Thank you for posting.

Can I rent Leo palace for 3 months only since I’m on tourist visa?
Going forward can you mention the purchase price of some of these places
Is that a rental amount?
Please do more videos 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I own my home in the USA. But… I’d love to live in Japan for a couple years or more. Possibly retire there…
I never thought I would see an apartment in Japan that was too big for me. :) Are there any 1LDK apartments close by that you can show us?
Are light fixtures still something you have to buy as well or did that change since I left ten years ago?
can you do a $500 and $750 apartment
Can you look at houses for sale ? not apartments only
I appreciate your videos. How is it that you can show us these rentals? Are you a real estate agent in Fukuoka? (I may want to contact you).
Nice crib. Too big for one person though. Thnx for posting.
Are you a realtor or something? Or are you just touring these units as if you’re interested, and recording them for content?
Tacomia is a great spot. The owners are a Japanese-South American couple and their daughter is Mia, hence Tacomia.
So this apartment will cost $500,000 yen for first month and then $250,000 yen every month after?
If my math is correct it's 750K first month
@@kvom01 It's still a scam.

Giving “key money” is a long standing tradition that dates back to the feudal period. It’s ingrained in the culture.

Get yourself a roommate and it cuts rent in half

What, only a college student wants a roommate. Grown ups don't do that. They live within their means. They don't live rent poor.
