I completely agree with the music part, especially if you’re planning to do the workout everyday, you don’t want the background music to be stuck in your head at times when your sleeping 🙄
I kept on doing this workout consecutively for about 2-3 weeks. Now I suddenly realised I can touch my toes while my legs are completely stretched! Wow didn’t expect that at all as it was so impossible before haha!!
Phew that was hard for me, just about managed all the moves but not as many reps at this stage although I did enjoy it. Hopefully will improve with practice. Good one Jessica got my cardio rate working 😀
I can feel how effective the workouts are when I do them, they feel like I’m actually working my body rather than repetitive donkey kicks. This is better for me mentally☺️
I know a lot of people have said this, but the time seriously did fly by! This was SUCH a good pilates workout for me, even though im a total beginner i didnt need to take multiple breaks like i sometimes do! Great work!! 🎉
Its the first time a workout feels so light but tough at the señame time. I felt like we did 1 minute into the routine. I have to check the time cause i couldnt believe it. Love it completely ❤

Good morning! Wonderful job. This is really nice for a beginner or for someone like me who is excerising for the first time in years. Always been walking and swimming but finally able to do more. I've been recovering from a bad accident and this was perfect after my hour walk this am!
Doing this video made it clear to me that I need to stick to videos marked for beginners for the time being! But these 10 minute videos are great for getting me to do some Pilates first thing in the morning . Thank you!

Day 1 done! 👍 I did this and a different one by someone else. Day 2 done 👍 I did this and the same one I did yesterday. When I woke up my ribs to my hips felt bruised and my legs but I think its supposed to. I just finished doing it day 2 and it was more difficult for me in some parts but I’m sure it’ll get easier when I’m used to it Day 3 done! 👍 Not seeing any difference but it’s been 3 days so 🤷♀️ my lower ribs and that whole area to my hips feels like it’s bruised but it’s not still and i think it’s the muscles working ig 11.9.24 Started Again Because was lazy for 1month. So day 1 Done 👍 ! I did this and another one same as last time
