I think this is my all time favorite. I had to modify the hip stretches as I'm needing surgery for right hip replacement so I did clam shells instead. Thank you!
I’ve been sick for the past three weeks, and this is the the first exercise I have done. I feel 100 percent better after completing this. Thanks, Robin. As always, a great workout video- though I typically like to do two in a row when I’m feeling fine. ❤
