Just getting around to commenting but I made this chili last month (December 18, 2020) and it was exceptionally delicious. 🤤 Only difference is I used ground beef, cumin, beef broth and dark kidney beans. My Mama and lil sister both loved it. The flavor amplified overnight so the leftovers were the best part. I’m definitely making this again soon. Thanks for sharing your cooking skills with us girl. @@crystalortega2156 I cooked it for like 2 hours covered then 1 hour uncovered to help boil out some of the moisture. I used the tenderness of the beans to gauge when I felt like it was ok. N no problem
Devin Small thank you I just made it. Came out amazing. I had to make it quick so I just left it uncovered for about 1.5 hrs and it was perfect too. Also I subbed white kidney beans instead of red and I put two cans of beans.
