If u are ever are wondering what to make or want to cook for your whole family use laura's recipes!!! they are always good an always taste fresh I love her chicken Alfredo it's a staple in my home now! no can! ever again homemade spaghetti sauce as well no can ever again!!!
I always find the more simple the dish, the better the taste. Def gonna give this a go, it looks yummy.

I LOVE fried peppers and onions with a bit of "Delmonte" (tomato sauce) as my grandma would say. I never thought of using fresh tomatoes and combining it with pesto! Brilliant!!!

This recipe is so delicious. I accidentally grabbed sun dried tomato pesto instead and oh my gosh it was amazing! I've not yet tried the basil pesto and have made this a few times now. Love you and your recipes Laura!

Hi Laura, I made your Peppers & Onion Pesto Pasta it was very good and easy! Thank you for the recipe, I would make it again! You mentioned sausage, I didn't have any so I added 1/2 tsp fennel seed. I wanted more tomato so I added a 15 oz can of drained diced tomatoes to the sauce for 16 oz of penne pasta. Taffy

I’ve been watching this channel faithfully since 2011, but I have to admit I was on team always lookin’, never cookin’. Been wanting to try this one out since the day it was uploaded and yesterday I finally did and I am having round two as we speak. Delicious, simple enough for my attention span and rich enough for my appetite! I added in some finely chopped red chili pepper for a spicy kick and it worked out well. So, so good!

I love pesto but am allergic to pine nuts I did use walnuts instead it work perfect, love your shows.

I might try this, roasting the peppers and little tomatoes first..
I just did, with home made pesto, and it was very tasty! Next time, tho, I'll coat/finish cooking the pasta with the cream, pesto and Parmesan, and toss through the veg. at the last minute.. Just for looks, really. Thanks for the recipe, Laura! That's a whole new family of pasta recipes, for me!
