PL 187 Week 1: Three Stages of Consciousness

Summary: the main topic of PL 187 is How to Handle Alternation of Expansive and Contractive States. In the middle, there is a section on perceptions that I decided to highlight as Week 1, because understanding how we perceive reality will impact whether we are willing to work with it. For instance, if we are living in fantasy most of the time (stage 1 of the 3 stages of consciousness described here) we will be less prepared to work with the reality of alternating states of expansion and contraction.
