    Good job! I like your honest translation of what you see. I’ll add a little insight that might help your viewers with the information you’ve provided. Concerning the draw length, for this bow Elite measures all their draw lengths on the lower letoff setting. So, if you are using it in the highest letoff setting it will be 1/2” longer. Technically, the bow will reach 31” at the highest left off. The shortest draw length cannot be reached at highest letoff. Concerning the 70-90% letoff settings, it will vary depending on your draw length. For example, at 31” draw length, max letoff is about 85% & lowest letoff is 70%. At 24” draw length, it will max out at 90% letoff, but the lowest letoff will be 75%. So the range is 70-90%, but not at all draw lengths. Hope that info helps! Great review!

      But unlike other bows u can fine tune with 1/4" draw length adjustments. I've always thought that 1/2" draw length changes were too much & didn't allow u to shoot the % of letoff that u prefer.
      I don't have an Elite dealer in my area but I've been watching many reviews on the Envision for all it's practical adjustability. Also what Camo colors do they offer & is it a painted or dipped riser?

    I have the kure and love it . My only complaint is the string started fraying as soon as I started shooting it ,cables are fine.I feel some vibration after the shot without the front stabilizer attached

    IMO the efficiency of a bow is only attained when the arrow is tuned to the bow. The grip would be the final detail when it comes down to it for me. It would be interesting to see how a bare shaft flies into a solid target compared to your fletched shafts. Any inefficiency is going to give u inconsistent results. I would like to see the same stabilizer shot off a bow in a review. I have shot on my range & found that the Conquest Control Freak has been a very good starting point. If I recognize some inconsistency @ least I know that it's time to not put the cart in front of the horse & go back to determine what can be learned from the experiment.

    Elite measure the draw length at 80% lettoff witch is why it is probably longer im 29.25 inch draw so I would set it at 28.75

      I want to say cam timing could be a factor but I timed these perfectly, weight displacement on limbs, I think it’s fair to run this bow through crono again since it’s the only bow that jumped around this much

    If we’re being honest Elite is definitely borrowing a lot from Mathews with the longer less reflexed riser and short wide limbs, vibration dampener. It’s all good though. I’m definitely looking forward to the 2023 release because if they do a 33-34” hunting bow with these features it’s going to be hard to say no.

    Find it very funny how different people determine hand vibration. Not doubting you a bit however I’ve shot the Elite Envision at 3 different bow shops because had every intention of getting one. Bad news is all 3 different shots the Envision felt like a tuning fork after the shot.

      Agree. If I had been buying a new bow any if the last few years it may have been Elite. I wanted to want one this year, but it felt like I short stroked an aluminum baseball bat. Way too buzzy, which is a bummer as Elite has always been “shootable” as a reputation

    • @BackyardBows
      @BackyardBows  2 роки тому

      @@F15Bluto enkore is up soon, and I have to say its still favorite elite bow to date, for the envision I think there is a tuning solution that plays into the vibration and sound cause I have several opinions on far ends if the spectrum, like people are shooting two different bows almost

      @@BackyardBows I have a pro chronograph.. I use it for arrows/bullet fps tests. The biggest thing is they are fussy... The amount of light, the type of light, if you shoot it through the exact same spot etc etc. I've never really had inconsistencies in mine until conditions change, "different light" different shot placement etc.

    Good lord bro! ANOTHER!!! video of inconsistency. Bro if your hunting with that kind of accuracy maybe you do just need to go to bag targets an spend hours on them. Im not saying this to just bash you but BRO when killing animals you gotta do better then that. These targets arent even moving an your all over the board.

      5 deer already this season 3 heart shots and 2 double lungs but I appreciate your feedback, picking up a bow for the first time and showing the very first shots take give the most accurate depiction of the shootability of the bow. If I’m taking a bow in the feild you bet I’m comfortable and well practiced with it.

      Lay off him dude. He’s shooting like four different bows at a time. That’s like going from Glock to 1911 to m9 to revolver. How long have you been shooting bows anyways? When I started shooting dads old bows as a kid, a plate at 30 was gtg to the woods. I like watching his videos I think they’re very informative. I STILL won’t pay 900 bucks for a “budget” Hoyt though I’m sure it’s awesome. My powermax was but it was like 500 bucks. I’m looking at these Elites now.
