You should break the eggs over a colander inside a bowl. When you finish cracking the last egg, all the yolks will be separated from the eggs whites…..😊

Use a fine mesh strainer next time to separate eggs not the one with the smallest gaps but small enough for the egg yokes to stay. Makes your job 10 times easier
