Do you need a microphone input on your laptop (to connect TB-03) ??
No - not if you are using audio via USB. If you were going down the Mic connection route I’d be inclined to use an audio interface.
So the only solution is to run asio4all?
In the mixer drop down menu my tb3 doesn't show up. I have it plugged in via a USB midi cable
What operating system are you using and can you see the TB-03 as an audio device in your device settings / device manager?

I have Windows 10.
When I plug my tb3 into my my pc via my USB midi cable. Fruityloops just seems to think its a midi player
What does it appear as in the device manager on windows 10 - does it appear as an audio device? Also what audio driver are you using in FL Studio?
