The next logical step for v4 is to make it to where you can assign different effects to different channels 🙂 So far though I love mine and thats the only thing missing from this mixer...I get around it by using the mixing board effects on vocals and use stomp boxes for my guitar
I use the onyx x 12 I cant send audio signal to my pc. ¿This mixer need driver for Windows 8 & 10?. My pc not detected de mixer usb interface. I cant use it to record.
I have a Mackie ProFX6v3 and it's worked well for me. I do a lot of AV for presentations and something that would help is to have a separate subgroup output bus for USB to choose what goes where for simultaneous venue loudspeakers, online meetings (Zoom) and livestream (blackmagic atem mini). USB without needing to download a driver would help too. Then I could recommend the mixers for large working meeting rooms. I've looked at a number of mixers and only know one that does those things without need for an additional interface.
@@simplyliving4011 the Wharfedale SL824USB and SL1224USB mixers use a different bus, not main mix, for USB. But Ive since noticed that the Alto Live 1604 and 2404 have switches at the back to choose how the USB go in and out, main mix or subgroup bus. Will hopefully get to try the Alto 1604 on Tuesday.
When you are in interface mode, the recording is capturing the dry signal, correct? When doing that, if you add reverb (for instance), will that reverb play in the headphones? Basically, can I have some reverb coming into what I hear as I sing but not have reverb going to the computer and DAW?
How does the recording option on the board work? Does it have an internal SSD or small Flash memory for recording, SD card or does it activate it through the computer interface? Thanks
I have a Pioneer XDJ-XZ all in one unet with its own usb record port. This way i can record straight on to a USB thumb drive. But after i upgraded to CDJ 3000 players and a DJM750MK2 mixer i no longer have that option. Thats why i looking around for a external mixer with a usb record port. Guess we have to record everything on a laptopp.
I would love to buy this mixer but since I’m blind I’m not sure how I would use the menu without being able to see them. Always going to buy one of mackie USB mixer. I believe now they’re owned by Road.
Question, the Bluetooth channel or 3.5 mm input is Channel 11/12, so does that mean Computer USB-C is channel 9/10? (unless I have a mic or line input being used)
hello I have some question 1 : how many output i can use together by Mackie ProFX12v3+ & witch one? 2 : can i use the Mackie ProFX12v3+ sub output to connect the speaker & like a Main Output? 3 : Mackie ProFX12v3+ the Main Output have Jacks & XLR can use together? 4 : Mackie ProFX12v3+ can use the Adapter for two XLR (LR) to Jack connect the Mon Send Jack Thank you very much
I owned a few of the v1 models. I wish you guys had kept the eq section, but since you deleted it you should at least add sweepable mids on each channel

What do you think of the new Mackie ProFXV3+ mixers? Let us know in the comments below! 👇
I started with a ProFX 12 for my studio...upgraded to SoundCraft LX7II and soon upgrading to a SSL BiG SiX

Great job, Brad!
It sounds awesome. I wish it had more headphone outputs for podcasters with guests in the studio.

Nice Mackie . Any word on the Bluetooth range ? Is there an iPad app you can remote control the mixer with ? Cheers
So interface mode bypasses that channel’s EQ and compression as well?
Is the USB-C connection also mix-minus, so the USB connection can be used for hybrid Zoom or Teams meetings?
Can you use it for Karaoke?

Does this Mackie Profx10v3+ mixer already come with pre-defined FX? Or do I have to assemble the FX, as I need something already ready.

Thank you for the review video.
Would like to know if the effects settings is reset each time the unit is switched off?
Unfortunately it does still a great mixer though

Can it multitrack in DAW? I.e., can I record each input in a separate track in DAW?
Nope, it only sends a stereo mix via USB
love mine for live sound can't fault it great sound
How are the effects?

how much can I record? I mean how much memory has?
It doesn’t have memory that you record to. It’s a mixer/interface, not a looper/sampler.

This mixer has to be reset every time it is turned on, which is very bad. It has 12 fewer effects than the old version

Not enough channels.
There are bigger models too, check their website

You have to assemble it on your own but it’s fairly easy actually

Can you elaborate the reset part ?
