enjoyed this video along the east coast. Thanks for taking us along. I was just vacationing down the beach from Jupiter beach at Singer Island, Riviera beach area. So true, it's hit and miss, but when it's a hit, treasures abound! I was blessed with scotch bonnets, a beat up lions paw, shark eyes, imperial venus clams, sun dials, rose petal tellins, and my rare find, an atlantic harry triton! The ocean was rough a few days and when it calmed down, the shell piles were abundant and rewarding. I had so much fun. God's creation is amazing!

I have yet to find one of those imperial venus clams! And I know just that you mean about hit or miss shells over on the East Coast. And I think that bright orange is indeed a thorny oyster. Sweet Lion's Paw! That yellow lumpy shell is a corrugated jewel box. SUPER CARRIER SHELL SCORE!! Nice video as always 😃

Nice carrier & distorsio shells. Both are on my bucket list. I imagine deeper offshore water makes it more difficult to find things on the east coast, but the shell diversity seems quite good!

Surprisingly, I have found quite a few distorsio in SE Florida! But yeah, often shells are quite banged up when they arrive here. Hope to see you shelling here one day!

I think the little yellow shell is a jewel box…leafy or corrugated. You should go to Navarre! Flats, bittersweets galore, imperial Venus, scotch bonnets, cabrits murex… it’s an amazing place to shell.

Looks like you were at blowing rocks. I haven't found many nice shells on that beach. We've had large waves and Coral Cove has been nice. Found Hawkwing Conchs and different shells. Have you tried Juno Beach? South of the pier. Watch The Shell Nuts. They live in my area. BTW, the Jupiter Bridge on US 1 is closed for over a year. Need to take detour. ❤️😊

Always love your videos and get excited when a new one is released. Even on a slow shelling day, your videos are still very entertaining and educational. Your assessment of southeast coast shelling is spot on! Typically slow, but can be very rewarding on good days and that Gulf Stream current can bring us some rare treasures. We continue to learn and be inspired from your videos. Thank you for everything you do!
