In this video I walk you through another day in my life as a new real estate agent. I believe in these videos I provide a look into what it's like to be a young successful real estate agent in this industry. I'm a new realtor and that's exactly why I created this channel so I could show you what it's like to build your real estate business to make $100k a year. Im in my early thirties and married with no children yet and I am preparing to take my test this winter. I sacrificed having a family sooner for my previous career in corporate America and decided enough was enough of giving up my family for a soul sucking office job. I love networking, being part of the area I'm in, and being flexible throughout the day. This career switch is going to allow me to have the family and lifestyle I have not only earned, but have wanted for years. I think it's great you are such a young, responsible, family man. Nothing wrong with finding your purpose and building your "tribe" earlier than others. I love the saying, don't compare yourself to others, compare yourself to yourself in the past so you can look back on how far you've come and appreciate your small victories. Looking forward to more awesome content in the future!

Just came across this video doing some behind the scenes research if you will. I’m in school for my real estate license. I have 2 little ones under 4 and I was getting nervous about it. But last weekend I went to some showings with an agent friend and she said I was going to be amazing at this. As soon as I got done with the first house I knew this was something I wanted to do. Now just gotta pass the exam. Great video!

im about to turn 20 in december im working on my courses now. Im hopefully going to be done in august and i want to make this my full time job. unlike other people i have a pretty big advantage then most people starting out real estate cause uncle is very succesful in this career field and hes going to help me on my journey. i hope i have a great first year and best of luck to you!!!!!

I'm a realtor here in Fairbanks, Alaska, 3 wild kids here! lol. I also have property investments. I'm looking into getting into the fix and flip soon though. All mine are long holds for rentals. Thanks for your videos, great inspirations and information :)

Just came across this video while looking up how to be a successful agent. I met with a broker the other day and I’m going to get put through classes starting august 9th and I’m super excited but any advice or tips is appreciated, love what you e got goin for you. Hope all is well my man!
That's incredible thank you so much for the support! Good luck on your test and classes. I'd say just be confident in yourself and don't be afraid to really get after it in the industry. Have new conversations with people everyday about you becoming a licensed broker and really try to network with other professionals in your industry. Let me know how it goes!

Hey i was always curious how is your time management like with real estate, a fiancé and kids? I recently got in and i’m not sure how to properly time manage everything. I have a fiancé as well and want to spend time with her but i also know that real estate clients and work never sleep. Any suggestions?
It’s definitely a balance. You have to find what works for your and prioritize the most important things in your life. It’s okay to not be on the grind 24/7 to take time for your mental health and family. Just remember that when you’re going through your journey.
This is nice to see I'm 21 in real estate school I had some second thoughts on becoming a real estate agent because I know long it can be until you can see some money and all the upfront fees etc you have to pay for. But I feel like I can really succeed in this. Do you think real estate is still a good Career choice in 2022?
I think it is as good of time to get into real estate as any. The worst thing you could do is not try and look back and wonder what if!

@@kellsliving3220 That's an amazing goal! It took me about 4 months to close my first transaction, but since then I've closed about 30 in the last year and a half!

Do you do any cold calling or any personal outbound marketing to get leads or are they all referral based?
I've tried some cold calling in the past, it does take a lot of time and luckily I've been busy enough just through referrals and networking in person that I haven't had to do too much of it. If I weren't busy I would be calling for sale by owners, circle prospecting, etc. Most of my leads come from speaking with people in person and trying to create a solution for them if they want to buy or sell!

I definitely would. You don't have to use too much math actually!

3400 top 10% would be in the top 340 agents my man. If you are in top 34 you are in the top 1%. Even better right?
