Just a suggestion, the background noise is loud. What about equalize the bass and or use a unindirectional mic?
How does active pipe compare to mailchimp, is it better? I was using constant contact which I loved but it doesn't integrate with FUB, tried mailchimp which does integrate but I don't like their over complicated dashboard interface.
In terms of design and templates Active Pipe is veryyy simple. I think too simple compared to Mailchimp. So what I like to do is design my newsletters in Canva using Coffee and Contracts templates and export them as image files and send them through activepipe. The pro is that it integrates seamlessly with FUB. You can even see the emails sent/opened on the FUB lead profiles. This set up has been working great for me! So I definitely recommend you try it out yourself. ❤️

I believe that you should invest in a great CRM from the beginning so I recommend Follow Up Boss. FUB has a great starter plan and a free trial as well. 🙌 Hope this helps!
