- Welcome to my FIRST ever UA-cam video, where I will take you my first few days of becoming a Real Estate Agent in New Jersey. Join me on this journey as I give you detailed explanations of what it takes and how the routine of a Realtor really looks like. I aim to help those also looking to become licensed to see what it takes. I am on my journey and eager to get my first deal and all of you will see that process. Anything is possible. Your gonna do GREAT! You have everything it takes to make a fantastic real estate agent! I'll keep you in mind for referrals to NJ and you now have a Realtor friend in Maine. Brandon, This is a great video on the week in the life of a realtor. So many good tips, I am a Realtor with CBR Laguna Beach and full time TC in California. Not knowing the New Jersey area, the street scenes was great. What is the market like there? Are there a lot of home for sale? What is the average price point in your area, would be good content.
Thank you Teri! I appreciate all of the feedback. I will make a video on that soon but to give you the spill, the market is a strong seller’s market at the moment. Inventory is low, supply on average in Jersey, especially Central Jersey is a maximum of 2 months. I will go deeper on this subject soon!
