In this video I compile two of my busy days to show you what it's like to be a new real estate agent. In these two days I have real estate deal close. Showing properties to buyer clients. Picking up my commission check and showing you how much real estate agents make off of one transaction, and so much more. This is an all around productive two days in my business and I hope you find value in this video. The goal with these day in the life of a new real estate agent videos is to give you an idea of the busy days it can bring, but I'm also trying to show you how to have a successful business as a real estate agent through your productivity. I share clips of cold calling leads. I also share with you my advice to new real estate agents, and walk you through some of the things I like to do in my business in order to be a successful real estate agent. Please leave me a like on the video as it really does help the channel grow, and let's get to 1k subs!! Thanks for watching everyone. - Розваги

@@CadenLeno I just subscribed! You have great content. I’m getting ready to take the state exam in GA.
Really appreciate you subscribing! Good luck on your exam. I’m sure you’ll do great and be killing it in no time.
I'm taking my Exams soon too!! Do you have any tips by the way? I'm really nervous, and worried if I fail.
What sort of advice could you give for someone that's trying into this career?? what sort of requirements do you need to become a real estate agent???
What made you choose real estate over insurance? (Even tho insurance offers base pay & commissions)
Commenters feel free to chime in.
I started out in real estate as an investor flipping houses. My first house I made around $70k in 6 months time and I made my own schedule in that time as well. I didn't really choose over insurance because I never even considered it. I knew real estate was the business I wanted to build.
@@CadenLenoAfter making money like that, it's really hard to get a Bachelor's degree or higher to start at $70,000 a year (if lucky).
Hey Caden, In your opinion What is the BEST DEGREES you can major in, to become a real estate agent (and then broker and maybe managing broker) ? I’m thinking of getting into marketing or business administration (not sure).
I don’t know which one to choose, please help 🙏🏻
😔🤍
12:38 legend has it he is still waiting for that little kissy
Lol
It was the look she gave him that had me there😂😂

Bridge loan in contract with seller
Did I just watch this man pour vodka in some coffee?
#lifeofArealtor
No just kidding it's syrup they use in coffee shots. It's like a vanilla syrup I put in my coffee for flavor lol.
Drinking all that coffee just smoke 🍃
Gotta stay on point!
Just some advice. The beginning was cool, but I think you dragged it way too long.
Thank you for the feedback. I was trying to provide some insight through the conversation on the phone. Check out my most recent videos, I've actually tried to be better about getting more straight to the point. This is one of my earlier videos and still trying to learn!
So update us did you get that client? Did you sell those two homes?
I did get the client and sold both homes!
Himbo
Haha
Keep up the good effort. Sorry but, you don't drink coffee yet.
how old r u?
Why are u writing what the house needs when technically and legally u need an inspection to bargain the price ..you ain't a expert on what the house needs?
I'm kinda confused on the comment so I'll just say technically and legally by the state of Oregon I'm a Real Estate Professional which would mean I'm more knowledgable on Real Estate than others. Legally you can bargain and offer whatever you'd like on any property. You don't go through inspections until after you have an offer accepted so your logic on not bargaining before going through inspections just doesn't make sense. I've also been flipping houses for 3 years and can calculate rehab and remodel costs within the first 30 mins of walking through a home. Just for a general response hope this helps?
@@CadenLeno what I'm saying is that you bargain the price , before closing and before an inspection..let's say u give a price and later an inspector shows up and says it's more than what u said ..now the seller has to lower the price more .. if you are a listing agent ..great news if you a buyers agent .
@@spitfire2885 We closed this property for $45,000 over asking because we made the necessary repairs any buyer would've called out. This is why I'm good at what I do. Also the inspector doesn't tell you how much certain things are going to cost to fix they just evaluate the property and tell you if anything is deficient.
