Any advice for how to buy a theraband online? Is there a particular brand? When I look on amazon, a lot of resistance bands come up- but I already have resistance bands, and they seem to be a different thing, because they're not as wide as what you use in the video, so my toes always fall out the top! Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Resistance bands will definitely work! But, some of the ballet brands like Bloch, Suffolk, Russian Pointe, and Gaynor Minden all produce their own version of resistance bands that are a little more specialized for ballet. We are using Gaynor Minden in this video! (Sorry for the late response!)
