Hannah, of all your routines I think these ones are the best. I loved the self-isolation routines you did, but these ones are my favorite! Please don't stop doing what you're doing. I have gone down two sizes since I started eating right and following your routines a few months ago. I feel so much more confident, fitter and more flexible. Thank you so much!!

haven’t worked out for a week and was about to get right back into it with day 7 (and skip this), but I’m so glad I didn’t. feels like I’ve woken my body back up, eased away any aches and got my awareness and any control back!

They’re a big red bird, that look kind of like a Catholic Cardinal lol! Imagine how funny that is to be explained as a Vietnamese, they do look alike at some point though!!

I'm always soo happy when you upload stretching videos! I really love to challenge myself however stretching has always been my favourite. At school and even on different workouts stretching was truly underrated, only 5 mins... So these long stretching videos make me feel extremely fresh and good. 😊 Thank you so much for your hard work and keep it up! 😊
