  • Surya Namaskar is also known as the sun salutation pose, is a warm up or toning exercise and is considered the best of all yoga exercises. Surya Namaskar is a series of twelve physical postures which help improve strength and flexibility of the muscle. Surya Namaskar posture also warms up the body and tones the abdominal muscles.

      Surryanamaskara can be practiced either with 12 asanaas or 14 asanaas, which means some asanas will be either included or excluded.
