Check the You Tube videos from the guy who founded Smashburger. Smash them once and do not smash again when you turn them over. You press all the juice out and the burgers are dry. Also, spray the egg device with Pam and the eggs won't stick to the side.
Hi, We bought the standard 36" griddle last year and love it. Pro series was not out yet. As I look at the pro series I realize they have included things like the top ($99) where we had to buy them separately. Also bought the surround table. When you add up the accessories included with the Pro Series, versus the standard griddle then buying the accessories, it looks like it is close to a wash. If I were buying today, I would buy the pro series because it looks easier to store the bottle and you have the drawers for storage.
Your pressing the hamburgers too many times you loosing all the juices . Press just once leave for couple min then flip nNO MORE pressing your turning them into flying disks
Exactly. Supposed to be one press to seal in the fat and one flip to enclose it all in to ensure a juicy burger. But once she did the 2nd press she lost half the taste.
