I make hella long detours just to make sure that I didn't miss some interesting stuff and I somehow I enjoy the detours even if all they do is waste my time, it feels great exploring unknown to what may happen.

Just so you know, my explanation is that I always use cheats in a pokemon games/playthroughs (I mean like cheat codes where you could find them on the internet but I didn't find any) so when I got to the seventh Gym I had to grind a lot and I literally said I don't want to deal with it now so I'll do it another day. Vs My best friend who routinely forgets type matchups, catches Pokémon that don’t listen to her cause they’re too strong, and is a Pokédex completionist first and foremost. This practically fits us to a T and for that I salute you. Great animation.
