I am loaded, I am rolling in cash = 我很叠水。
Hey, I've just donated $10 millions to charity. I don't have kids and other dependencies; and I am rich. Not a big deal for me. After my wife divorced me, she left me with a 2007 junk car and a small condo which is not paid off. I am poor; you should pay for my meal this time. Nothing wrong with saying it as it is. Strapped for cash, short of money, tight on money = 手頭緊,冇水 (不一定是貧窮)。
Poor people are always broke, but people who are broke may not be poor people.

I'm rich. Okay to expess this way. I'm comfortable to what? That is based the course of conversation.
Wealthy and well off can replace "rich"
Simply Red has a song called money's too tight (To mention)
I'm rich, and very rich.

I am rich today.
e.g.
Uncle Ho was rich. Few months ago, he left his family.
Now he is not so rich.

I’m rich I’m poor
My financial situation are below average😅難道要說成這樣? You are Poor 👌🏽❓😂
Melody😀😀🖐🖐
More classroom English than anything else. Verbal communication is a completely different picture. Wrong goal on verbal English.
I'm Rich
Mr Wayne what is your super hero ability? I am rich.
😂😂
Trump also said : I'm really rich.
I'm Rich

“I’m broke” it can be referred to as financial difficulty or simply lack of money to support your living.

In Uk, it’s common to say somebody is rich
It’s okay to use the word “rich” to describe a person, but it could mean something else if you say “that’s rich”
what about----I am broke?
Poor guy😜
😂😂😂
Rich people in North America would usually say that "I'm comfortable" as rich.
Yep that’s right!
He is rich or I am poor
