例如覺得『很痛』，會不會翻譯成 “I'm painful”? 又或者“價錢好像頗合適』
會不會翻譯成 ”The price is suitable“? 又或者『很容易忘記事情』，會不會翻譯成 “I'm easy to forget things”？今天我會分享10個大家經常錯誤使用的英文形容詞，文法上可能是沒有錯的，但是背後表達的意思可能會造成很多的誤會，甚至會得罪別人！

True story to share.. when I was a kid being a new immigrant in Canada in the early 90's.... I was really struggling to pick up English.... so this is what I did, I forced myself to watch CNN news and Seinfeld for at least a couple hours a day... and whatever could stick in my head, I would try so hard to repeat the phrases out loud in whatever American/NY/neutral accents they were speaking with.... the more you get familiar/comfortable with this process, the likelier you can adapt and start to talk more like a native!! I'm pretty sure the English education in HK is still the same... very robotic and they just hammer you on spelling & grammar... neglecting the fact that it's also VERY important to get into the flow of a native speaker!!
It's true. When you are speaking with the English native speakers, it feels like you are on a different planet. 😄

hi Melody, i much enjoy yr lessons. show us "don't" & "do" on meaning is quite effective. May you share how to use " lovely / perfect / enjoy / cheers / take care ..." instead of " thank you" when we end the conversation with foreigners. you know, when we meet strangers, teachers , salesmen, ( unknown) neightbours, customsers, friends, elderly people ( known)...I think those words should be good at specific situation. please advise. 價錢划算可說the price is reasonable 或 the price is good。The price is right不適用市塲購物情况，商業或物業議價情况可用。

好難瞓着亦可說 I find it hard to fall asleep. Hard 和 difficult 意思都是困難，鞎難，二詞一般通用但差別是difficult 可解作刁難，所以不要說I'm difficult. Hard 可解作費力,好難瞓着就是此意。
