Yeah, I think grilling in Mexico is not too fancy, quite basic throw the meat in the grill kind of thing. But this is definitely one to try. There's a Mexican guy with a channel called "La Capital" who does mostly grilling and its quality.
Gracias por ésta excelente receta, es un clásico del norte de México y es muy sencilla de preparar (y sobre todo deliciosa) You must use a really good flour tortilla or you will face the fierce Chihuahua ! And then try to speak the classic "ocho ochenta chile chilaca" ARRE! 🌶🌮
Thanks. Just built mine a couple months ago. I will have to make something like this soon. I have only cooked on mine twice so far and only with a gas burner. I might put legs on the next one I build.
Hey, nice that you liked it, just saw how you built yours, nice video! This one is store bought and I thought it was quite clever that you can screw the legs to use it like this but you can also take them off in case you don't need them.
Hey bro, the one I have is Muurikka brand but Im not sure if its sold in the US. I saw one in amazon, you can search with "Keleday 15 Inch Cast Iron Griddle Pan" which looks very similar
In Mexico we say dirtier, tastier (guy peeing), Always carry some oil and a bottle of water plus soap and if the discs in Mexico are authentic plow discs, worked by blacksmiths, COOKING WITH FIREWOOD ADD A EXTRA FLAVOR This is how dialada is made in Mexico., Greetings and Benefit
Depends on what Im buying I usually go to Kauppahalli cuz its nearby and fresh. For beef and lamb sometimes I go to a middle eastern store called Panda Market since the meat desk there has really good prices and they cut the meat themselves so its easy to order less popular things like tail and tongue.
2:44 Question, did the idiot taking a leak in the background wash his hands before he poured in the beer at 3:03? Given that you forgot to bring cooking oil, I wonder if you remember to bring soap as well? O well, seems like your discada was totally cowboy-style; enjoy!!!
The guy in the background relieving himself must have been drinking all your beer. 😂
He was trying to 😂
SO NOBODY’S GUNNA TALK ABOUT THE GUY TAKING A PISS @ 2:46 ?!?!?!?!? 🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Looks good but you need a bigger disco
