Thank you for watching!!
That was amazing. Thank you for this video.
Thank you for watching! 😊
You've inspired me to try this angled pour. This is an elegant soap. Love the colors and design.
This is still one of my favorite soaps!
Gorgeous! Mad Micas has some great stuff.
Thank you! Yes they do!
This is beautiful! The yellow looks so much lighter. I’m very new to soaping. I look forward to being this comfortable with it. Thanks for creating and sharing.
Oranges often lighten after soap cures, and yellow often is darker (some turn orange) in raw soap. It takes a lot of soaping to get an idea of what the cured color will be, especially when mixing. I got lucky this time that it was almost exactly the color I was going for. Keep soaping and don’t be afraid to make mistakes with your colors and designs 😊
@@sadiesoapsyour yellow raincoat color can also be achieved by using beta carotene I discovered the other day
@ambermartin1117 thanks for sharing that! I have never used it.
Super pretty soaps!
Thanks!
Very cool!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Beautiful 😊
GORGEOUS! 😍
Thank you!!!
This was such a pleasure to watch! I’m new to soapmaking and I think when I tried the first time, I might have blended too long so when I tried to split into 3 bowls to color them, it was already starting to harden up a bit. But hey you learn by trying and watching others. Yours seems more runny than mine was so I’ll try to aim for that the next time I try 😄
Thanks for watching! You will definitely learn as you go and have a lot of fun along the way. Trace can be tricky. Just when you think you’ve got it figured out, an accelerating fragrance will come along to show you who is boss 😉
Sadie, these are gorgeous!
Thank you! I was really happy with them.
I love this bar!
Thank you!
Fantastic soap design!
Thank you!!
Pretty design! Great!
Thank you!

Gorgeous
really beautiful soap!
Thank you!
Amazing...thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful I can’t wait until I am that proficient and soap making I’m a newbie to the business. Great job.
Thank you. And just try designs that seem hard! Don’t think you can’t just because you are new. If nothing else, you will learn, but you will probably get a great bar of soap!
Beautiful
This is Beautiful
Thanks!
Amazing
Simply gorgeous! I love it!
Thank you!!
I like that design
Thanks! 😊
Soooo coool♥️
❤❤❤❤ I love it 😍
Thank you!
very pretty
Thank you
This is lovely. How long did your soap stay in the mold before you unmold it. The soap is so smooth. I have that same mold, but I have not had a great sucess with unmolding the soap yet.
I usually wait 1-2 days to unmold my soaps and cut them. If your soaps are not coming out clean, try sodium lactate, CPOP, or waiting longer (it’s so hard to wait!).
SPLENDIDO !!!!
Thank you!
Beautyful
Molto bello😊
Belloo !!
Lindo parabéns
I love this! What are you using to swirl the soap once it’s in the mold? I use a chopstick and it’s not the best…
I am using a gear tie. You can buy them from Walmart or Amazon 😊
Love it. Sadie do you do custom orders? I need to make the soaps for my daughters shower and I don’t know if I will have time. 20. She wants ocean soaps. I ordered a custom stamp with a bear sailor!
I don’t do custom orders but I hope u can find the time because they sound like they will be so cute!!!
What a beautiful outcome, may I ask, what is the total amount of oils you use for that mold?
Thank you. 36 oz is the oil weight in the recipe I use for this mold.
I just subscribed today after watching countless of your videos one after the next. I must say that your jaw-dropping swirling skill is out of this world. I’m just starting out soaping for college funding making basic plain soap with drop swirls. I would love to bring up my skill to be able to swirl like you but it just feel impossible 🙃 at the moment. How do you keep your batter so fluid for so long?
Thank you for watching and subscribing! My batter actually sets up very fast compared with many soapers because of the high butter content due to soaping palm free. I am very careful about the amount of stick blending and temperature. I also use fragrance oils that do not accelerate.
@@sadiesoaps I thank you for sharing!
🧽🫧🧼❣️
Beautiful! Do you sell your recipes?
@@lorihiatt5575 I plan to post a recipe soon!
@sadiesoaps if you don’t sell recipes could you point me in a nice direction please?
Thank you for a beautiful soap video! What is reason that you pour while the mold is slanted/diagonal?
Thanks for watching! I poured slanted to create the angle. If you don’t pour slanted it will not create the same shape.
Très joli
Is the oil that is used to mix the colors subtracted from the recipe or is it extra? Thanks.
I always use olive oil and it is extra. It just adds a bit to the super fat.
What degree is your oils and lye water? We are having such a hard time trying to make it. What beautiful soap!!! Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching! I generally soap with both around 90°F. My recipe is heavy in butters because I don’t use palm oil, so I have to be very careful with getting the consistency just right before pouring.
Супер ❤ !
Thanks!
Very pretty. What is the tool you used to swirl?
Thank you! The swirling tool is just a gear tie.
😮
😊
How didn't you get any soda ash on top?
I am having a hard time with texturing the top of the soap because then I can't cover it properly. Have you covered your loaf?
I have more issues with fatty bloom than soda ash because I have a high butter content in my soap, but to prevent ash I spray with 99% alcohol, then I put my soap in a small plastic tote. I have a heating pad under it and cover with a blanket. If u have trouble with ash, try spraying the top with sparkle plenty by mad micas. It shimmers and hides the ash.
Nice, I would like the recipe :)

Very pretty soap. I'm curious, why do you pour the soap on an angle vs. level with the surface?
Thanks. The angled pour helps create the shape. If you pour it straight it won’t have the same shape
@@sadiesoaps Good to know, thanks.
God bless you richly💪🙏🧡
Please I'd like to know, was it the a powder food colouring u used all through or a powder type?? If yes, please what did you mix the colours with??
I mean was it oil + Color or oil + water????
Your response is highly invaluable🙏
Thank you
The colors are micas mixed with oils. The white is titanium dioxide mixed with water. Thanks for watching!
So nice... I have started to try making soap... I tried this design, but my soap batter became very thick and it was not fluid like yours. This has happened to me several times, can you please explain why? What temperatures are you using for lye and oils? I would like a hard and skin softening vegan soap receipe. Would you recommend one... Your soap is so fluid and lasts a long time to work with designs... Thank you for sharing.
I am soaping around 85-90F. Are you blending too long? If not it may be the fragrance oil you have chosen or the amount of water you use. I made a video of the recipe I use most often. ua-cam.com/video/X0Ack7mjwXQ/v-deo.htmlsi=N6sn3sQ936swWx9f
May I ask where you bought the soap cutter and swirling tool? 🙂
I bought the soap cutter from Etsy. The swirling tool is a gear tie. You can find them anywhere 😊
Wow great 👍👍👍pls let us know where to get the soap cutter pls thanks ❤❤❤
I bought it on Etsy but the shop is not open anymore
Are you adding the colors half way through before it traces?
Yes always. My soap recipe gets thick very fast because it is high in butters.
Aesthetically Pleasing
👏👏👏🙏😍🤗🌿
Amazing. How is the percentage of titanium dioxide pleas
I don’t measure any colors, so I’m not sure. I just add what achieves what I am looking for.
Cantik sekali
Thank you!
Very good chain. Please how do you know the measurements of oils you used? Thank you in advance for your answer.
I measure my oils based on the mold size and use soap calc to make a balanced safe recipe.
What mixture are you using to color these?
Oil and mica
Beautiful thanks gor sharing. My soap becomes thick as soon as i when i mix the lye and oils. What is wrong with my recipe ? I am not able get designs
You can try cooling your oils and lye to just above room temp. You may have too many solid oils in your recipe. Some fragrance oils also do this.

Beautiful soap, what fragrance did you use?
Thanks. I used Patchouli Orange
Beautiful soap 😍💖👌🏻... What is the size of your mold? And where did you get it from??
Thanks! The mold is from Amazon. 42oz. The silicone liner is 10.25”x 2.75”
@@sadiesoaps thank you 😊!
How longs it take to make soap then lads? Ive heard theres like a 4+ week curing time :o im lowkey trying to setup a little soap selling side hustle.
Making it takes me about 90 minutes start to finish. I wait at least one day to cut it, then I cure for at least 6 weeks.
As usual you are brilliant
Thanks 😊
HI, that is beautiful. How long before you finish and cut? How % of water did yyou use in the formula? My soap was too soft.
Thank you. I usually wait 24 hours to cut. I use a 2:1 lye ratio. I have a recipe video posted. I used more oils in this soap, but the same ratios. Did your soap eventually firm? If so, just wait longer to cut. Hope that helps!
it helped! Yes, they firm but I have to unmold at 48 hours or so. Thanks for answer. I always see you. @@sadiesoaps
@@venezuelarodriguez2523 thank you for watching! If you post your soaps publicly on instagram or facebook let me know so I can see 😊
I want this
برافوووووو
How long before you can cut it?
Anywhere from 24-48 hours for mine
What was that oil stuff and how did it become yellow? And what are colours powder or drops u use?
The oil is a combination of different oils. Olive oil is yellow and that is in the oils. The colors are mica mixed with oil.
@@sadiesoaps thank uuuuu
Gorgeous ❤❤ May I please ask what type of swirl you did, as I cannot tell in video.
I used a gear tie and swirled in a circular motion just between the layers.
@@sadiesoaps thank you for your reply. I always use an old hanger for my swirls and wasn't sure what method/swirl you were doing.
Complimenti 🎉 bellissimo che colori usi???
Thank you! I used Trial by Fire red from Nurture Soap and a mix of Bright Yellow Raincoat, Pumpkin Head and Tangerine Dream from Mad Micas.
Stupendo complimenti!!
Which blender is good for soap making
Any immersion blender should work. I have a super cheap one, maybe $10-15 on amazon) and it’s perfect.
Thank you
Can you post the recipe to make soap I would like to give it a try 💕❤️
I posted it in another comment. If you haven’t made soap before you MUST understand lye safety before attempting because it can be dangerous. Lots of videos on UA-cam. Thanks for watching!
What soap cutter is that?
Woodskin. From a seller is Russia
Very pretty..? Could you pl also post the recipe??
All in grams. 270 water, 141 lye, 306 coconut, 51 avocado, 71 mango butter, 133 Shea, 51 castor, 51 sweet almond, 357 olive.
@@sadiesoaps thank you so much❤️
Awesome!
Thank you very much!!
❤❤
I love this design. I tries it twice but it didn't look nearly as pretty as yours. Im going to keep trying though.
Keep trying and thank you for watching! 😊
I observe a bit of ocd there 😅
Nice outcome
Haha! You have to call me out. I see how it is! 😁
👩🌾❣
Whar oils and what amounts did you use?
I no longer remember which recipe I used but I generally use mango and Shea butters, coconut, castor, and olive oils
Whats the rod you used to make the swirl?
It is a gear tie. Nothing fancy and easy to find. Much less expensive than the swirling tools sold by soap companies and you can bend it to fit your mold.
@@sadiesoaps Thank you!
Do you have a website where we can order ingredients wholesale to make the soaps? Thanks
I order from a lot of places. Wholesale supplies plus, nurture soap, soapers choice, even Walmart for my olive oil.
