BEST CASSAVA CAKE WITH CUSTARD TOPPINGS

It’s one of my favourite Filipino desserts!
Ingredients of the CASSAVA CAKE:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 kilo grated cassava
1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 can condensed milk
1/2 can evap milk
1/4 cup raw or white sugar
2 eggs
CUSTARD TOPPINGS:
5 egg yolks
1/2 can evap
1/2 can condensed
1/4 cup full cream milk
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla

I miss this dessert. I sometimes find this in one of the Asian shops but it’s not as good as some homemade ones. This looks yummy
