it may not be flashy, but seing kaineng far in the distance from seitung harbor before going through the portal its neat.. its a shame most LW maps arent connected to anything, so they cant be listed, maybe you can do "the other side" top (f.e: seeing for trinity coming from mt. maelstrom is my "go-to" reference of orr)
omg I totally didn't notice cragstead being right above the entrance to wayfarer foothills holy crap. after you pointed it out I immediately realized which part of cragstead that is. omg. I need to revisit and check, I totally didn't notice!!! I really love your top 10 vids, I always end up learning something new and really makes me wanna stop and pay attention sometimes.
You should do a list of top 10 starts of an area, which is what I thought this was going to be at first. The sites as you enter somewhere new. The first thing you see as you explore somewhere new. Love the list, I've always loved the entrance to Lions Arch from Gendarren Fields. Or the entrance to Salvation pass from the Spirit Vale.
One map that gave me an absolute anxiety attack, and something I will never forget, what's Bloodstone Finn. No other map terrified me visually as much as that one!
My favorite has to go to the main entrance to The Desolation. Is one of the few ones with some lore and not just cool looking. The first time i saw it i was truly intimidated by Palawa Joko.
You forgot that there’s another map entrance from Divinity’s Reach to the Fields of Ruin, so that’s three maps that you can get to from Divinity’s Reach, not just two. I guess it’s an Asura portal, and not a map to map portal, so maybe that’s why you left it out?

love this list!
Great list! This game is just so beautiful. And yes, Sylvari and Caledon Forest! You have great taste.
Makes me wish GW2 had some sort of hardcore mode that disabled all waypoints, and sometimes mounts XD

@@traveling.down.the.road56 Good point! There is also the portal to Lion's Arch and (slight spoiler for Janthir Wilds)
a new portal to Lowland Shore.
@@Athis You are right! I don’t consider the hubs and cities to be like normal maps, but the portal to the Lowland Shores I forgot about.
