I just discovered this channel and I adore these videos. So satisfying and the “after” for the ponies are just adorable. The hair styling on them is precious
Thank you so much, Erika!! This means a lot. I really enjoy giving them a new chance and it's actually less work than it seems. A very satisfying hobby :)
Discovered this channel not too long ago and have been binging since I primarily collect G1 ponies and still retain the ones given to me in my youth, born in 1983 so I've some of them all my life. Now I have a daughter and she's all about the new generation and I can't say I feel the same but I'm happy that we at least have that in common as something we can say we both had in our childhoods. She might be more into the Equestria Girls but still, she's got a whole box of the four legged variety in her toy cubby.
Thank you so much for your comment Carrie 😊😊 My niece also likes the G4s more (a LOT more), although she really likes G1s that have a rainbow mane. I don't own any Equestria dolls, I would like to see them. They look cute. I'm glad that, although it's not the same toy generation, you can share the pony love with your daughter 😊
Y'know, I have a version of Cherries Jubilee when they made ponies that had scents. They changed her cutie mark to a basket of cherries, bright red mane with a forelock and same color tail, beige body. The scent's gone now, but when I first got her she still smelled like cherries :3
Yeah! Very convenient. Especially for ponies like this, that have a different angle. I don't think I would have been able to align it properly without that mark!
I still have the few ponies I owned as a kid at my grandpa's house, my kid cousins now play with them every now and then. Most of them are in good overall condition, but their manes and tails are a mess (naturally - I used to practice braiding styles on them as a little girl)! I have 9 ponies in total: 2 G1 ones, 3 G2 ones, 1 baby that came in a set with one of the G2 ponies, and 3 of the McDonalds ponies you could get in Europe.
@@RetroGeekCrafts I also suspect that part of the tail washer might have detached in my Princess Sky Skimmer, because it's rattling inside of her. My blue pony - it might be Ivy or Blue Pearl, but she came with a red necklace and a white baby with a star symbol and a hard plastic mane - just needs a little more cleaning than the others, she's got some lip gloss residue on her 🙈
That means the result is probably more satisfying ;) I almost always use oxi clean too, I soak the ponies for about 2 or 3 hours and that helps with some of the hardest marks. And Cif cream (grime remover) too!
@@woffydoggy686 It can, yes. I haven't used it with them yet but I would suggest using regular soap in that case, or clean around the symbol with just a little oxi on a tissue or similar.
Have you ever considered fixing up G3 ponies? as a early 2000's kid I would love to see that, although it's more often to see them in better condition considering they're only around 20 years old at this point haha
I don't think it does. I've seen it "eat" harder plastics but only after longer exposure. Make sure to always clean well with water and soap after you use the acetone. It will damage any plastic if left for too long 😊
That would be great! I have to explore how to do this. I've been thinking of a 3d printed "plug" that could adapt to different pony heads. I will definitely share if I find a good solution :)
The little tail swish at the end 😄 so cute

I would have loved to smell a new pony with scent! All the ones I got are second (or 20th) hand and NEVER smell good when they get here xD
I think you mean cherry treats
This channel popped up in my news feed yesterday and I’m so grateful. I love everything about your videos, they’re so relaxing and satisfying :)
I'm so glad you enjoy the videos 😊😊
Cool, that all ponies have special mark on the head and neck so you can correctly glue the head 🙂 and great job as always! 👍

Them; “What would you like?”
Me; “My Little Pony!”

She looks incredible! 💜💜

That's great! Actually, I love ponies with braids 🥰 you can fix the hair quite easily using fabric softener. The McDonald ponéis are really cute 😊

Cute! Maybe next time brush hair in plaits?
I never did plaits but I would love to try it!
Omg shes so beutaful now
Thank you for watching :)
You're lucky, my little horsies need magic eraser normally, 'cause tooth brush and soap can't clean it XD

@@RetroGeekCrafts oxi clean removes glitter cutie marks? I wonder this often.

@@RetroGeekCrafts ok! Thanks for the answer

I'd love to! I just haven't found any G3s in bad condition. But it would be great! It's the only generation I haven't tried ☺️
@@RetroGeekCrafts awesome, maybe if I find some I'll let you know, or if the ones I have get bad in the future I'll send them haha
Looking good 👍
Thank you! 😊😊
2:55 Looks like she is pretending to be a submarine! :D
It’s like she is having an undersea adventure! :D
I love your Channel its amazing that you help this little Ponys in need :)
I always Wanderer where do you get this Ponys?
Thank you 😊😊 (I mentioend eBay on your other comment, but this pony was a restoration for a friend. I did it and sent it back :))
I think I have this one, inclusive of nubby tail and rusty butt. Not headless thankfully!
Do you know if acetone damages hard rubber toys ?
I don't think it does. I've seen it "eat" harder plastics but only after longer exposure. Make sure to always clean well with water and soap after you use the acetone. It will damage any plastic if left for too long 😊
I Love your vídeos!!!
Thank you so much!! ☺️☺️
At some point maybe I wanna get my old starsong repaired her hair is mangled and ruined do you take commissions to repair pony’s?
Hi! I don't take commissions because I'm too scared of damaging a pony. I will let you know if this changes though! ☺️
Just to ask, if you wanted to restore or add blushes to the cheeks, which method would you use?
I haven't done it yet but I would use a very small, thin sponge and some acrylic paint.
@@RetroGeekCrafts Thank you :)
AMAZING 🤩
Thank you so much 🥰😊

Io non avrei incollato la testa ma messo un raccordo per averla mobile...
