Hey coach, did you notice the first lifter has the bar sideways much more to his left, resulting in the bottom position the bar being quite uneven? Also looks a bit like his right hip is lower in the bottom position. Just asking cause I've been struggling with some hip pain for a year now with my left hip going always lower than my right hip and the bar tilting. Would be interesting to know how and if you address such issues.

Is it just me, or did most of these squatters not hit depth???

Your hips are 3 inches apart. Spreading your feet not only makes it harder for your body to rotate as it should, you also put all of your load on your lower back. Very bad. Check out Goata vs Woata movement to understand bsiac human movement before you add load or injuries will happen eventually.

Thats not true at all actually. Different anatomies squat in different ways. Peoples hips are oriented slightly differently and not everybody can squat with close stance and toes forward. In fact, some people can ONLY reach full depth with their toes pointed out and a wider stance. If you cant reach depth with your hips you end up putting more strain on your back. So what you are saying is actually backwards. Some people NEED to have a wider stance and some people NEED to point their toes further out in order to properly squat. One size does not fit all as far as squatting is concerned and you shouldnt spread misinformation on this potentially dangerous if not done right lift
