As a mostly deep house fan, I had the privilege of seeing Richie a number of years ago. One of the best sets and live Dj’s to ever Grace the stage!
I've lost count how many times I've watched this. An absolute masterclass is modern day-tech mixing. Astonished!!!
After all those years ... still amazing !!! The sound doesn't control him ... He controls the sound !

Amazing set! One of my fave boiler rooms yet, a shame its only 28 minutes long. This is another reason why richie hawtin is one of my fave DJ`s :) This really reminds me of the ENTER. days at space ibiza. Good times :)

People are not respecting the DJ private space for what he's doing and on top of that not respecting his equipment either. Do you know how much only one piece of equipment is worth? Party people, please respect the DJ space.You can tell in Richie's face that he's not having a good time at all and is being quite annoyed. Props to you DJ, it must have been one of the toughest night you've ever had to play in your life.. Please put yourself in the person' shoes for 2 seconds... that's really all it takes.

Guys I have a question , how he syncs ?
all in PC on ableton, hes blending not really mixing as such!
everything is done by a computer, he only chooses songs and adds effects, with vinyls it would not be so easy, but what does everybody play with that technique as we have now the choice is huge
