I’m having the same issue with my Celica. I just put a new engine in but I reused the same coils. Not the engine cranks but doesn’t start and I get these codes.
Do you think it’s best for me to just replace them

In First place, sorry for my english.
If you have all the four codes it means that you have all your coils broken or something happen with your electrical wires that produces all those codes.
I reccomend maybe you must ask help to a mechanic specialized in electronic injection.

El p1300 sería la bobina n°1
