I was having trouble to display my pc on the tablet, then I found out I just had to plug the HDMI on the graphics card and not the other HDMI input. Thank you so much

You need a cromebook then you connect it to your WiFi
Heya!!! If you can’t connect your displays it might be because your usb-c port (if you’re using a deck) isn’t a DP one (aka, it can’t transfer displays)!
I personally bought a hdmi+DP cable because my PC has only one HDMI spot and 3 DPs lol

I was having this issue over and over as I was trying to connect the device to my desktop pc instead of my Macbook just to try it out. now my pc is a bit old as I bought it in 2017, the best place for the HDMI cable was through the Graphic Card slot and not the built-in slot

Hi! I have one HDMI port on my motherboard (above the graphics card) and two HDMI ports on my graphics card (the one shown in my video), I plug both my monitor and the tablet into my graphics card 😊

@@Myko_Roombe careful with HDMI splitters. Some call themselves splitters but aren't. Do a little research on them here on UA-cam, you'll most likely find your answer with a good search. But as our host here stated the graphic card if you have an NVidia sometimes comes with up to 4-6 HDMI ports, or older ones may have different video input/output connections other than HDMI and note that there are also HDMI and Mini-HDMI cables. You can find out what your exact graphic card has by looking up the make and model number and comparing what the back looks like. Hope this helps.

Hi, I have a doubt. I saw that you have the cable so that it can be connected to the cell phone, could you show how it is connected? Hi! I'm not an expert on this because I haven't tried it with a phone but, I've seen some that use both the usb-c cable and the original power cable at the same time because the phone or usb-c doesn't provide enough power. Perhaps you can try this? Try plugging the power cable into a wall outlet. Hope it works!
i keep trying to plug it anywhere but it keeps saying no signal. i got the xp pen 12 2nd and everything works exept the screen. please dont tell me i got a ,,non compatible with my pc or something'' type

Help! I cant certify the serial number of my xp pen. It keeps on saying “if you have not found this serial number yet please re enter or ask for customer service to find out the situation.” what should I do?

Hi help me pls with this problem 😭 I'm trying to connect all the cables to my CPU but the HDMI port of it is a little bigger than my XP pen artist 12 gen 12 HDMI port so I can't connect to my pc. Do I need a power adapter for it? I don't think I need to buy a graphics card bc I think this CPU I have is already built when my cousin bought it.
Hi, I’ve got a question! I connected everything just as I saw and the tablet turns on and shows the display on my monitor, however, I can’t open anything? I open a drawing software it opens on my monitor but nothing shows up on the tablet.
Hi! Have you tried dragging the software application to the tablet display? Make sure the display settings are correct too

@@fish-xy3uy Don't worry it's simple~ follow the steps from 0:24 , you should be able to drag any opened windows all the way to the left/right of your monitor and it will appear on your tablet

Hello, I just bought 1 xp pen artist 16 gen 2 a few days ago. When installing the driver, I couldn't find the calibration mode. In addition, when testing the pen, I found that the cursor was a small distance to the right compared to my pen position. Is there any solution to fix it? Thank you

I want to get ToonBoom with XPPen but I’m not sure how to get it
I have an artist 14 pro (Gen 2) but didnt order the 3 in 1 cable since it was sold separately, so I didn't think I'd need it. There are two ports, and the one where the 3 in 1 cable should be plugged in is suspiciously smaller and hard to plug in using any other hdmi cable. xp pen is very scummy for this one, now I have to wait for a week before before I do get the cable. even then ive seen comments of people still not having a connection despite having the 3 in 1 cable. not directing on anyone specifically but im starting to dislike this brand
The cable shown in the video came with my tablet 🤔 If you mean the Type-C cable, it's optional to get, you don't need to use both cables at the same time. But if you run into any problems I suggest you email them so they can help you~ :D

Hi! I'm not sure why but it could be that your pen is damaged, maybe you can try emailing their tech support to see if they have any solutions to fix it

It only works with some phone models but I'm not sure which ones, perhaps you could email xppen and see if yours will work

Perhaps depending on the device it could work for the HDMI cable and the black usb, but you might need to connect the red usb to an external power supply
I have a problem at minute 0:52, I don't know but at the moment I use the pencil on the tablet, the tablet cannot recognize the tip of the pencil, and it won't let me do that step but curiously when I try to use the eraser a message appears on my pc it says that the eraser is being used so I know that the pencil works but I don't know why the tip doesn't identify me and I can't calibrate that's why please help
To make matters worse, I saw the pen settings and tried to press on the screen and it said that it detects the different levels of pressure that I use, but it does not identify the pen to calibrate it.

No, it is an additional screen, not the iPad
I think they just sent me bad hardware I just get a flashing screen of different colors :(

Hiyah, perhaps the tablet usb isn't connected properly to your pc? You could try emailing the xppen tech support to ask for help

The software I redeemed is opencanvas, there are others you can choose too
in newest driver they remove screen calibration 💀
I just updated the driver and it’s still there though!
@@raixrae i use 12 inch driver, i can't find calibration neither color adjustment, this is kinda suck because my cursor is kinda offset and the color kinda weird (lilbit reddish)
