Hello there. I recently got my XP Pen Artist 2nd Gen and I was wondering about the stand you're using. What much was it and the size of it? Since I wanted to buy a cheaper stand. 😅
Hi this is a late comment but how do you orient it into left hand mode without flipping your pc screen? I have tried figuring this out and couldn't find a solution
i have a question, why if it has its own dedicated screen does it need to be plugged into a laptop/pc??? does it not stand alone in anyway so if you are in the middle of nowhere you can sketch???
only usb C cable connection just never worked for me... tried 3 different cables and it always said no signal. I really dislike the cable salad from the 3 in 1 cable :,(
Maybe it's too late, but still... The thing is, they modified the type c port, so it is necessary to buy their cable in order to run tablet from just type c
I have the same tablet! It does need to be plugged into a power source but not necessarily a wall. I usually just use my laptop to power it. Just know it will drain the battery of your laptop super fast lol. Oh but if you want to connect it to a mobile device, like an I Pad, it definitely needs to be connected to a wall outlet.
Wow your amazing. If you don't mind do you mind doing a mini project with me, I write and I would so love to have my work animated. If you don't mind that is
I would definitely suggest getting yourself a screen protector for these pen displays as they scratch like crazy (my XP-Pen Artist 15.6 pro). If you want to upgrade at a later date, just remove the screen protector and the pen display will still be like new to sell it on to help fund your new one. Brilliant video, thank you.
@@TragedyRoseAy Personally I would go by the amount of space you have on desk and eye sight quality. Menus can read quite small on these screens if you use an app with loads of menu optionslike Clip Studio Paint, Corel Painter and Photoshop unlike an app called Leonardo, which I find really comfortable. No question is weird if you don't know the answer ;)
@@RM-tb8tz The XP-Pen Artist 15.6 pro is an amazing display tablet and a perfect size for most situations. I highly recommend it. I do insist in one using a screen protector to avoid scratches.
Would you recommend this for broke ass artist like me XD? I really want to draw on a big screen but laptop is too luxurious to me. I only draw on my phone with 5inches screen and my drawing always looks kinda strange most of the time. If I ever get this I'll make sure to quit my job and be self employed instead by taking commissions my job s kinda underpaying me so no regrets. (BTW I never done any commission bcuz I'm scared of the customers lol I'm scared of them not liking my art). Can u still install apps such as ibis paint, Google drive etc without using a laptop? ❤️❤️❤️
Since most people are right handed, express keys are on the left. I'm left handed. So did you do something with the screed orientation on the tablet so the the express keys are on the right?
Hello Ma'am! i justy bought my xp pen artist 12 2nd gen! Should i first connect it to my pc and install the drivers/softwares to make it work? wjat i did was to connect to my android and the screen showed " no signal" even the the cables are correctly connected! please help :(

Hi! Is this good for left handed people? And also is this tablet better than Huion Kamvas 13?

Would you reccomend that Display pen?
And can I use it to write notes ?
Yeah I definitely do, drawing & writing on it feels pretty nice

i feel there is a bit of latency in the tablet..
why does it need to be connected at all??does it not have a power source of its own, does it recharge or do you need the power from another source.
@@KENRHY it's like a monitor, that's why it needs power source from other source
I had really struggled with getting the pen to work thank you so much

Hii, would this artist 12 (2nd gen) be better or the artist 13.3 pro one? Sorry if the question seems weird

@@bampidraws Hey bro, I am interested in the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 pro, and it has good discount, do you recommend it?

I wanna know every downside of this drawtab before I bought it so I don't regret my decisions later 😂😂
I recommend do freelance as part time job for now, because it's not easy to get job now
@@suffering69420I recommend not quitting your job and doing art on the side
Thanks for doing a full in-depth unboxing! It really helps ❤️
so compared to the Wacom One... which would you rather recommend?
Wacom is like 4X than the price of Xpen, Huion, and many others.
Would you recommend it for an artist wanting to make comics? I'm planning to buy it as soon as I return to Ireland (i'm in America rn)
It would work great for drawing comics
@@Carritube tysm :) My mother bought it and its arriving in a few days :D
@@Caz_Hamilton omg how was it? Are u still using it? How's your experience with the cables and stuff hehe
Did you use it?

✨ manifesting to own it ✨
Good luck, me too :') i'll be doing art commissions on my phone just to get it aaa
can it connect to a gateway laptop (any model)?
yes it can, as long as you have the proper ports
@@Carritube ok thank you
Is have touch screen too,
Have color black blue green and pink too
It's not touch screen, only works with the pen
@@Carritube ooh I see 😅
question: is the color accurate enough out of the box or did you need to calibrate it?
is keyboard shortcut keys works in xpen display photoshop software ? or it is only the button of the xpen to calibrate?
Where's the links to the downloads that you said you were going to include?
Is there any color difference between wacom
I got this same one but I don’t understand what to do 😢
The tablet need pc or laptop for using? Can without pc or laptop for drawing? Just use display tablet.
yes, for it to display a screen, it needs a pc or laptop, or an android phone can work
Do you recommend buying this xp pen drawing tablet or the samsung galaxy s7 fe tablet?
what app is this?
Clip studio paint, photoshop, Autodesk sketchbook and medibang paint
Does that work with the Dell touchscreen chromebook 11 3120
Should I have a laptop?
Yes, this is not a standalone drawing tablet
Hello!!!
