Hey there I recently bought this tablet in 2020 and your website has obviously changed since then, and when I follow all your instructions and i then go to mess around with it in the settings and I press ok it doesnt open. I presume I'm doing something wrong, but how would I open it? I have no clue. For your information, my desktop computer is the up to date version of windows.
the fact that you are still making 0 effort to fix these problems shows that we should all just do a class action lawsuit against you and get our money back
SOLVED THE NO SIGNAL ISSUE! I had to add an extension USB-C Lightning cable to my display from Amazon to add extra length. Display wasn't detecting a signal but was if I had the stock/original cable plugged into the display . All I did was flip the extension cable connector end over...........2 hours of diagnosing this poop. It was the (probably sub-par) cable.
So it appears that everyone that is running Windows 10 is having issues with tablet not being detected after installing drivers. XP-Pen needs to address this. Immediately.

@@XPPen am having this issue now also! It was working November 27th, I got a new screen that connects via display port instead of VGA but I don't think this should affect the HDMI at all? I have updated the drivers also, still showing no signal.
Note at 0:34 the USB cord on the plug with the three cords is looped back into the laptop. If you don't do this, the tablet will work only as a second monitor. This isn't made clear in the manual. Hopefully, this helps someone else.
For everyone having trouble with the display thing, make sure the wires aren’t tangled and calibrate your pen. Then restart your computer and if it still doesn’t work then just fiddle around with some settings

@@XPPen i've connected all the cables as shown in the video. and the pen works on the tablet but when i turn the screen on it shows "no signal" and "power saving mode" i'm assuming not enough power but i'm not sure.

I wanted to get a drawing tablet to start drawing again so I thought this one would be great to start with, and yeah I had problems with it here and there but it was actually pretty solid for a while...until the tablet stopped sensing the pen that came with it, I tried pretty much everything to attempt to fix it, but nothing worked at all, and with all that frustration slowly rising to it's peak...I finally had enough. So I did some more research...and apparently a lot of other people are having the same problem + with driver issues with somehow no way to fix it est...and it seems like The people at Xp-Pen are trying there "Best" to help...but at this point...I just decided to buy another tablet from another company, it's just ridiculous on how much this tablet seems to just shit on itself...but i will say it was pretty fun while it was working! If only it could of stayed like that.
SMH..This is Exactly what i'm going through right now. I'm on my 2nd Artist 12 tablet and still having the same issue on both tablets. I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BLOWED😡😤
after the tricky setup (using a mac), it finally works and i like it a lot :) what was mandatory to make the pen clickable and pen pressure work: go to mac settings - safety & privacy - privacy allow the pentabletdriver, the pentabletsetting and (in my case) photoshop to control your computer. (sounds scary, i know xD)
This is so frustrating! My tablet has worked perfectly fine, last time I used this was November 27th 2019. Now it will only connect and be seen as a keyboard/mouse! I had no changed anything in my set up. Now I have tried every port for the USB, I only have one HDMI. It is just saying 'no signal' but the zoom buttons still function. I have installed the newest driver but cannot open the driver app as it doesn't think the tablet is connected!!! Please fix this! Only change has been I have a new screen which now connects via a display port instead of VGA but I really don't see how/why this should have an affect on my tablet which is connect via USB and HDMI ports?!?!?!
Hi guys, hope this tip could help someone out there, I fixed the "no signal" problem simply unplugging all the cords from PC and tablet, turning the PC off, plugging all the cables back into the PC and tablet and turning the PC on (all this after I also installed the drivers). It didn't work when i just restarted the laptop (tried a few times with cables in/cables out), i actually had to shut down the laptop and turn it back on manually, hope it's clear enough.
I just got my Artist 15.6 Pro. It's a great value for this product and outstanding customer support. One thing I hope gets implemented in the driver is the ability to turn ON/OFF the "Windows Ink" function based on the software used. Right now the switch is only available globally. For instance the desktop in Windows 10 seems to not work well with Windows Ink (ironically).
I have an issue my XP pen point and my cursor is way off point? Hard to sketch like that how to fix? I just purchased about two months and I just recently started trying it out for work. XP pen 15.6
I have a laptop but it dosent have the big HDMI for me to input it. It has something els I'm not sure what it is. And there's no support plugs for me to use for that type. Is there a list for Pacific laptops it might work with or is there a plug I don't know I need for it? All in all I think my laptop is just very old but I am hoping there is another solution for me to still use this product without me needed to another laptop and it's kind of making me very sad
Mine shows the little bar with all the apps on the bottom of the laptop screen on the computer but it won’t show the rest, it’s just black did you fix your issue or know what I’m doing wrong?
When connected to my computer I get the "No Signal" sign, and when checking the cables/plugging into different USB ports the same "No Signal" sign keeps popping up, however the artist 12 does register the pen and uses it as a cursor, what's happening?

I had the exact same issue. Display mirrored my laptops display however pen input did not work and couldn't load the app as it couldn't detect the tablet. Solution was to remove the USB-Extender from the chain.
YOU FREAKING SOLVED MY PROBLEM. I DON'T BELIEVE IT. I TRIED EVERYTHING AND IT FAILED! So I contacted Xp-Pen. They offered me a free replacement cable, then I accidentally ordered ANOTHER ONE and so I now have TWO cables being shipped my way (for the price of 1). Your solution worked perfectly. im having the same issue with the no signal/display on my artist pro 15.6. I did somehow managed to have it "display" but it has only displayed rgb flashing lights. How to fix??? (im using a computer)
I believe that the tablet uses a UCB C cable on one end of the cable, is it possible to use one USB C to USB C cable to connect the tablet or do you have to use the cable that splits into 3 no matter what ?
Hello. I tried to send an email to the support but i don’t know if it worked. So i wrote my problem here. All the cables has been pluged well and tje tablet is doing blue light. He even feel the pen and i have drivers installed on my computer. But it still said no signal. I used an adaptater USB 3 bc i don’t have HDMI port. Please, thank you for the answer.

I just got mine today downloaded the things I needed yet somehow, whatever my desktop shows on the tablet it wouldn't. The tablet only shows background picture and my pin task apps only or when I open an app.

Xp-pen. I’ve used the artist 12 for almost a year and it was running nicely.The only issue I have is that my tablet screen color is wrong. The color of my screen was normal at first, but in the next day, everything is purple and gray. What happen was when I arrived home, I got onto my computer, and I clicked update/restart. After I finished updating/restarting my computer, I turned on my tablet. Then next thing you know, my whole drawing tablet screen monitor looks purple and gray. The screen shows the background and everything from my computer, it’s just in a different color. My artist 12 was connected to my computer while I clicked update/restart. I checked my color calibration, but nothing changed. All it did was make it look brighter or darker while it was still purple and gray. If you know what the problem is, let me know what I or you have to do to fix my tablet’s screen color.

It seems like the comment section is filled with issues and problems. Fortunately, it didn't happen to me. I had no problem at all setting it up. As soon as I plugged the hdmi andusb to my laptop and clicked the power on, it already works. I didn't even have to plug the usb extender to my laptop and it still works, but I still plugged it somewhere else so I could still use the other usb ports for my keyboard, mouse and hdd. I bought it on their website.
Please help! I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but whenever I use it, the cursor is all glitchy and the mouse moves all over the place whenever I use the xp-pen. I replaced the xp-pen tip multiple times, but it still doesn't work. What should I do? I'm not sure if it's the pen itself or the tablet! I have a mac >~

my pen calibration decided on its own to be very far away from where im actually putting the pen on the screen. to the point that i cannot calibrate it anymore. i have no idea what to do anymore.

Hello, there are too many specifications of Dell monitors, we cant make sure. If there is no HDMI port on your laptop or computer host(desktop), you could buy an adapter to work. :)

@@XPPen Then... I have an issue again. Just early January, when I was setting up my tablet. The plug in for the tablet was wobbly, so the driver couldn't detect it unless the plug in was connected to the tablet in a very specific way. My roommate tried to fix it but it only made things worse, now the driver can't detect the tablet at all anymore. Is there a way to get a new replacement or is there a reasonable price to get a replacement for the whole 3 way plug-ins?

I have the xp pen 15.6 and i connected all the cables in the right way, but it says "no signal" and power saving. The light is still blue and the pen "works" on the xp pen. What should i do?

The fact that you can't set a mouse button with a key on the pen buttons is absolutely absurd. 99% of applications rely on modifiers with mouse buttons for panning and rotation -- particularly shift+mmb.
Our pen definitely can set mouse button. In the PenTablet setting up window, there is a barrel button setting, click key function to set pen button function.Take care that do not check window ink.
XP-Pen Middle mouse button, the most important, is not functional on XP Pen drivers as of now. Thus you cannot use XP pen tablets for any 3D design, let alone panning in most 2D drawing software.
XP-Pen There is no middle mouse binding in the driver software. There is only Left and Right. This has always been the case, and there are many people bothered by this problem. Because the middle mouse button cannot be bound to the pen buttons, 3D software cannot rotate or pan like any other tablet, and so it is extremely hard to work with.

What do you do if you turn on the tablet but the monitor doesn’t come on at all. I’m still able to write and draw on the tablet but I prefer looking at it then my computer. Any suggestions?
I doubt this will be answered but I was using it on Manga Studio 5 and when the pen hits canvas the line is far away from where the pen actually is. I adjusted the setting to 100% and yet it still happening. The pen and mouse cursor work fine, it only in the canvas area that is not working properly. Is it possible my drawing software doesn’t work with my tablet

Hi, don't worry. If the Artist 12 can work well just plugging the black USB and HDMI port to your computer, it means your PC can provide enough power. It won't hurt the Artist 12, don't worry. :)
I really need help, I did everything you showed but when I put it on extend, and use the pen on the tablet, the cursor disappears from my laptop. Also when I try to open something with the tablet, it only shows on my laptop screen. I have tried looking at the manual too but nothing seems to be helping. I am very worried because I saved up a lot of money for this and I don’t want it to be a waste

Oh alright I know what happened so if your having the same problem, think of the tablet as a second monitor. You have to drag over what you are doing to the next screen(the tablet)

Hi! I purchased an artist 12 and I'm having an issue. The pen setting will not calibrate at all! After I click on the first cross (sometimes it won't even show up at all) the next cross will not appear! The pen seems to work when I turn the tablet on, but when I open my drawing software, the pen pressure stops working and the cursor delays and moves away from the pen. Did I do something wrong?? I hope you can help me.

One question: If I let this tablet connected with the cable to my computer even in the night (24h), could arise some issues like "the yellow screen problem" or staff like that? I have some issues with the tablet. So when I look at the tablet the colors are different but when I look at my laptop screen the colors are completely fine. And sometimes my tablet shows "no signal" and than "power saving". I got the bug with the colors month ago and idk how but I was able to fix it but sadly it's back now. I tried everything. I Uninstalled the tablet program and installed it again but it didn't worked since I downloaded the new update for the tablet programm.

Ciel Ackermann do some research if people are having the same problem with the adapter then the brand sucks if no one else has the same problem then there’s a problem with your adapter
I had this drawing tablet for a year never using it, after getting punished and then it was put in storage because we were moving. Took 7 months to actually move; and today I unpacked it and was ready to plug it in, only to find that my computer doesn’t have a fucking HDMI cable lol.
Hey i have an issue with the calibration. After so much hard work setting it up, it's finally done and im relieved until i try to calibrate my pen cursor again, the screen on the tablet goes completely white while ön My PC monitor it has the red + signs i can only click with mouse. When I click two of these + signs, no more show up and the screen goes completely white and the only thing i can do is press escape to exit out :/

Just got my XP-Pen 12, installed and opened my PaintToolSai- Pen Pressure worked that night, has not worked since. Works in my Photoshop CS2 but SAI is my Primary for work. What can I do to make this tablet function?

XPEN is quite bad, no help no videos which explain, just empty promises. I am loosing my mind over what should be such a simple process. I have the artist pro 12 but if I can't get it to work in the next few days I am sending it back and buying a quality cintiq.
•Yoy• unfortunately I dont know how to fix it. And they emailed me and they said it could be my output cord which was an extra port to put in my laptop, but they sent me another one and it did it again. So maybe, go with a different one, from a different company.
im pretty sure you have to download the software for it to work mine says the same thing but if its connected to the computer you should be able to draw even if the display isnt on the tablet. Im still trying to figure out how to get the display on the tablet since the website changed.
havent been able to use my tablet for months it keeps saying no signal/ power saving this is ridiculous UPDATE: I plugged my tablet into a laptop that wasnt running windows 10 and it works fine, Xp pen is telling us this is due to a 3in1 cable issue (and to buy a new one from them) thats clearly not the case they just have no intention on fixing it...
Everything works great for me but I find it hard to work with the pen cursor to be match with lines precisely becuase it goes a little further from where I point the pen
Why in the hell is his so hard?! I just wanted to draw and all but this dam company decided to do everything difficult! Why not just download the app, check it sensitivity and screen size and then BOOM! We’re ready to draw, instead I’m over here about to lose my cool downloading files and such
@@emilydestroyer3518 I can try, I finally was able to draw. So you need to go to thier website, select download for the artist 12. And it’ll make you download 2 files. Once you do one of them opens for the sensitively and screen size and pressure. After you set that up just download any drawing app and your good to go! I hope this helsp
I recently bought this tablet as my first digital screen tablet, and I've ran into one major problem so far. And is it's tablet display giving me the "No Signal" error and immediately going into power saving mode. And before anyone asks "did you make sure everything is plugged in correctly"....YES, I've spent the last 7 hours watching reviews and tutorials about this tablet and how to connect it. Nothing I dow is working. I have a windows 10 desktop that is pretty well spec, and pretty powerful. So I have now idea what the issue may be unless the product is defective somehow, because the literal only problem I have is it's display. I've downloaded everything I needed to, and my computer registers everything well, even the tablets button layout, I just can't see anything on the tablet itself. Some help would be nice, otherwise I'm returning it as soon as I can.
HEEEEEELP I have an xp pen star 03 and I use windows 10,I just downloaded the driver on the site and installed.when I go onto GIMP (the drawing program I use) and try to make a simple line art,the pen just doesn't draw! there's no lines man! it was working fine before I installed the driver (but the pressure sensitivity wasn't) ..now pressure sensitivity seems to be working but I just can't get any lines whenever I try to sketch anything. it's like using a pen without ink! how do I fix this??

SOLVED THE NO SIGNAL ISSUE!
I had to add an extension USB-C Lightning cable to my display from Amazon to add extra length. Display wasn't detecting a signal but was if I had the stock/original cable plugged into the display . All I did was flip the extension cable connector end over...........2 hours of diagnosing this poop. It was the (probably sub-par) cable.

So it appears that everyone that is running Windows 10 is having issues with tablet not being detected after installing drivers. XP-Pen needs to address this. Immediately.

4.Have you installed the driver of other brands besides XP-PEN? Theoretically, our driver is not compatible with other drivers.

@@XPPen am having this issue now also! It was working November 27th, I got a new screen that connects via display port instead of VGA but I don't think this should affect the HDMI at all? I have updated the drivers also, still showing no signal.
Note at 0:34 the USB cord on the plug with the three cords is looped back into the laptop. If you don't do this, the tablet will work only as a second monitor. This isn't made clear in the manual. Hopefully, this helps someone else.

For everyone having trouble with the display thing, make sure the wires aren’t tangled and calibrate your pen. Then restart your computer and if it still doesn’t work then just fiddle around with some settings

@@XPPen i've connected all the cables as shown in the video. and the pen works on the tablet but when i turn the screen on it shows "no signal" and "power saving mode" i'm assuming not enough power but i'm not sure.

I wanted to get a drawing tablet to start drawing again so I thought this one would be great to start with, and yeah I had problems with it here and there but it was actually pretty solid for a while...until the tablet stopped sensing the pen that came with it, I tried pretty much everything to attempt to fix it, but nothing worked at all, and with all that frustration slowly rising to it's peak...I finally had enough. So I did some more research...and apparently a lot of other people are having the same problem + with driver issues with somehow no way to fix it est...and it seems like The people at Xp-Pen are trying there "Best" to help...but at this point...I just decided to buy another tablet from another company, it's just ridiculous on how much this tablet seems to just shit on itself...but i will say it was pretty fun while it was working! If only it could of stayed like that.

after the tricky setup (using a mac), it finally works and i like it a lot :)
what was mandatory to make the pen clickable and pen pressure work: go to mac settings - safety & privacy - privacy
allow the pentabletdriver, the pentabletsetting and (in my case) photoshop to control your computer. (sounds scary, i know xD)

This is so frustrating! My tablet has worked perfectly fine, last time I used this was November 27th 2019. Now it will only connect and be seen as a keyboard/mouse! I had no changed anything in my set up. Now I have tried every port for the USB, I only have one HDMI. It is just saying 'no signal' but the zoom buttons still function. I have installed the newest driver but cannot open the driver app as it doesn't think the tablet is connected!!! Please fix this! Only change has been I have a new screen which now connects via a display port instead of VGA but I really don't see how/why this should have an affect on my tablet which is connect via USB and HDMI ports?!?!?!
Hi guys, hope this tip could help someone out there, I fixed the "no signal" problem simply unplugging all the cords from PC and tablet, turning the PC off, plugging all the cables back into the PC and tablet and turning the PC on (all this after I also installed the drivers).
It didn't work when i just restarted the laptop (tried a few times with cables in/cables out), i actually had to shut down the laptop and turn it back on manually, hope it's clear enough.

I just got my Artist 15.6 Pro. It's a great value for this product and outstanding customer support.
One thing I hope gets implemented in the driver is the ability to turn ON/OFF the "Windows Ink" function based on the software used. Right now the switch is only available globally. For instance the desktop in Windows 10 seems to not work well with Windows Ink (ironically).

I have a laptop but it dosent have the big HDMI for me to input it. It has something els I'm not sure what it is. And there's no support plugs for me to use for that type. I had the exact same issue. Display mirrored my laptops display however pen input did not work and couldn't load the app as it couldn't detect the tablet.
Solution was to remove the USB-Extender from the chain.

I just got mine today downloaded the things I needed yet somehow, whatever my desktop shows on the tablet it wouldn't. The tablet only shows background picture and my pin task apps only or when I open an app.

Xp-pen. I’ve used the artist 12 for almost a year and it was running nicely.The only issue I have is that my tablet screen color is wrong. The color of my screen was normal at first, but in the next day, everything is purple and gray. What happen was when I arrived home, I got onto my computer, and I clicked update/restart. After I finished updating/restarting my computer, I turned on my tablet. Then next thing you know, my whole drawing tablet screen monitor looks purple and gray. The screen shows the background and everything from my computer, it’s just in a different color. My artist 12 was connected to my computer while I clicked update/restart. I checked my color calibration, but nothing changed. All it did was make it look brighter or darker while it was still purple and gray. If you know what the problem is, let me know what I or you have to do to fix my tablet’s screen color.

It seems like the comment section is filled with issues and problems. Fortunately, it didn't happen to me. I had no problem at all setting it up. As soon as I plugged the hdmi andusb to my laptop and clicked the power on, it already works. I didn't even have to plug the usb extender to my laptop and it still works, but I still plugged it somewhere else so I could still use the other usb ports for my keyboard, mouse and hdd.

Then... I have an issue again. Just early January, when I was setting up my tablet. The plug in for the tablet was wobbly, so the driver couldn't detect it unless the plug in was connected to the tablet in a very specific way.
My roommate tried to fix it but it only made things worse, now the driver can't detect the tablet at all anymore.
Is there a way to get a new replacement or is there a reasonable price to get a replacement for the whole 3 way plug-ins?

The fact that you can't set a mouse button with a key on the pen buttons is absolutely absurd. 99% of applications rely on modifiers with mouse buttons for panning and rotation -- particularly shift+mmb.
Our pen definitely can set mouse button. In the PenTablet setting up window, there is a barrel button setting, click key function to set pen button function.Take care that do not check window ink.
XP-Pen Middle mouse button, the most important, is not functional on XP Pen drivers as of now. Thus you cannot use XP pen tablets for any 3D design, let alone panning in most 2D drawing software.
@@Scale48 Did you try out the middle button in key function? What 3d design software do you use? Actually the pen supports almost 3d design software.
XP-Pen There is no middle mouse binding in the driver software. There is only Left and Right. This has always been the case, and there are many people bothered by this problem.
Because the middle mouse button cannot be bound to the pen buttons, 3D software cannot rotate or pan like any other tablet, and so it is extremely hard to work with.

I doubt this will be answered but I was using it on Manga Studio 5 and when the pen hits canvas the line is far away from where the pen actually is. I adjusted the setting to 100% and yet it still happening. The pen and mouse cursor work fine, it only in the canvas area that is not working properly. I really need help, I did everything you showed but when I put it on extend, and use the pen on the tablet, the cursor disappears from my laptop. Also when I try to open something with the tablet, it only shows on my laptop screen. I have tried looking at the manual too but nothing seems to be helping. Oh alright I know what happened so if your having the same problem, think of the tablet as a second monitor. You have to drag over what you are doing to the next screen(the tablet)

Hi! I purchased an artist 12 and I'm having an issue. The pen setting will not calibrate at all! After I click on the first cross (sometimes it won't even show up at all) the next cross will not appear! The pen seems to work when I turn the tablet on, but when I open my drawing software, the pen pressure stops working and the cursor delays and moves away from the pen. Did I do something wrong?? I hope you can help me.

If you let the tablet connecting to your PC all the time, we suggest you to press the power button, then the tablet screen will go to black without wroking. :)

I have some issues with the tablet. So when I look at the tablet the colors are different but when I look at my laptop screen the colors are completely fine. And sometimes my tablet shows "no signal" and than "power saving". I got the bug with the colors month ago and idk how but I was able to fix it but sadly it's back now. I tried everything. I Uninstalled the tablet program and installed it again but it didn't worked since I downloaded the new update for the tablet programm.

I had this drawing tablet for a year never using it, after getting punished and then it was put in storage because we were moving. Took 7 months to actually move; and today I unpacked it and was ready to plug it in, only to find that my computer doesn’t have a fucking HDMI cable lol.
Hey i have an issue with the calibration. After so much hard work setting it up, it's finally done and im relieved until i try to calibrate my pen cursor again, the screen on the tablet goes completely white while ön My PC monitor it has the red + signs i can only click with mouse. When I click two of these + signs, no more show up and the screen goes completely white and the only thing i can do is press escape to exit out :/

help the drawing pad isn't showing the correct colors and there is nothing on my mac I can do to fix it. And I have emailed you guys 3 times and no response

•Yoy• unfortunately I dont know how to fix it. And they emailed me and they said it could be my output cord which was an extra port to put in my laptop, but they sent me another one and it did it again. So maybe, go with a different one, from a different company.

Literally bought it like 2 days ago and it got in and doesn’t have a signal is un-usable atm
im pretty sure you have to download the software for it to work mine says the same thing but if its connected to the computer you should be able to draw even if the display isnt on the tablet. Im still trying to figure out how to get the display on the tablet since the website changed.
havent been able to use my tablet for months it keeps saying no signal/ power saving this is ridiculous
UPDATE: I plugged my tablet into a laptop that wasnt running windows 10 and it works fine, Xp pen is telling us this is due to a 3in1 cable issue (and to buy a new one from them) thats clearly not the case they just have no intention on fixing it...

Everything works great for me but I find it hard to work with the pen cursor to be match with lines precisely becuase it goes a little further from where I point the pen
Did you try calibrating the pen on the pentablet app?
Why in the hell is his so hard?! I just wanted to draw and all but this dam company decided to do everything difficult! Why not just download the app, check it sensitivity and screen size and then BOOM! We’re ready to draw, instead I’m over here about to lose my cool downloading files and such

@@emilydestroyer3518 I can try, I finally was able to draw. So you need to go to thier website, select download for the artist 12. And it’ll make you download 2 files. Once you do one of them opens for the sensitively and screen size and pressure. After you set that up just download any drawing app and your good to go! I hope this helsp

I recently bought this tablet as my first digital screen tablet, and I've ran into one major problem so far. And is it's tablet display giving me the "No Signal" error and immediately going into power saving mode.
And before anyone asks "did you make sure everything is plugged in correctly"....YES, I've spent the last 7 hours watching reviews and tutorials about this tablet and how to connect it. Nothing I dow is working.
I have a windows 10 desktop that is pretty well spec, and pretty powerful. So I have now idea what the issue may be unless the product is defective somehow, because the literal only problem I have is it's display. I've downloaded everything I needed to, and my computer registers everything well, even the tablets button layout, I just can't see anything on the tablet itself.
Some help would be nice, otherwise I'm returning it as soon as I can.
Im having the same issues with my child's. Did you have any luck? I reinstalled all the drivers and plugged it in as well but still no signal

I have an xp pen star 03 and I use windows 10,I just downloaded the driver on the site and installed.when I go onto GIMP (the drawing program I use) and try to make a simple line art,the pen just doesn't draw! there's no lines man! it was working fine before I installed the driver (but the pressure sensitivity wasn't) ..now pressure sensitivity seems to be working but I just can't get any lines whenever I try to sketch anything. it's like using a pen without ink!

Hello, you have to download XP-Pen tablet driver from our website to get pen pressure. (www.xp-pen.com)
If you meant drawing software, you need to download them online by yourself.
Our tablet is compatible with most of the drawing programs in the market. :)
