Chibnalll's era will be remembered like the boring time war legal stuff on gallifrey. Good doctor, bad writing in part because of studio interferance (since Chibnall has done good episodes)@@DrWhoFanJ
@@kyleellis1825 Given that there is no "[T]ime [W]ar legal stuff on [G]allifrey", I really do have no idea what you’re intending there, but I can assure you that it will inevitably be false given that the other half of your claim fundamentally misconstrues the JW era to the extent of being wholly incompatible with reality.
“I had a mate who had one of these I think his was a bit bigger actually” has to be one of the best reactions to going inside the tardis for the first time
I love both of 13's companion introductions so much! In my opinion they are so damn good! You've got:
- crashes through a roof, saves the day, answers no further questions like the legend that she is
and
- chaotically runs from a humanoid Dog warrior firing at them with a battle axe, while also finding time for polite discussion/introduction courtesy (and a cheeky call-back as well).
Not included here, but my favorite is The Eleventh Hour. I went from, "How's this goofy guy going to replace Ten?" to "I love you too Raggedy Doctor!"
Man, I miss Donna Noble. From her introduction alone you knew she was going to be special

@@ikklemo168 I agree. She was a good companion to begin the revival, but with the glorious exception of River Song, the Doctor just isn't as open to relationships as Rose made them out to be, which for all of its faults was something Series 13 highlighted well.

I like like all the companions,I met the 7th Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Ace (Sophie Aldred) last Saturday they both are really nice 😊

Despite how her run on the show went, all due to writing of course, Jodie had an excellent entrance into the series.

Jodie started off so strong in her first scene on the train. I really wish her doctor could have been better developed
I think Chibnall used every speck of good dialogue he could muster in that first episode and only had dregs to fill the rest of his run

All of the doctors companions are good in my opinion but Amy and Rory will always be my fav

Always get a kick out of miniaturization, like when the Doctor hands Dan his house. Volume is reduced, mass stays the same. Cheers....

Well, yes, but they never met face to face since she had already been converted. This was the first time he actually met her in a human form.

Yeah, I was gonna file a complaint, if none of the classic Whompanions weren't shown. Lol
Classic Whompanions, my faves of them were Sarah, both Romanas (the original {I don't remember her name} and Lala Ward whom Tom Baker eventually married!), Nyssa and Ace, only started watching a few eps before Pertwee changed to Tom Baker, so unless I'm able to see eps from Hartnell and Troughton eras, then I dont know any of their companions. 🤷
Yet even with NuWho I liked both Rose and Clara, as they were similar in character, with Donna a close third. 👍
The first Romana was played by Mary Tamm from Ribbos operation to the armageddon factor (which considering one of the guest stars is a slightly funny irony).
What a shame they didn't include the very first meeting between the Doctor and companions in 1963.
Clara Oswald will ALWAYS be my favourite companion. 12 and Clara's romance was so beautiful. 😊💕
