When I bought my first dirt/street bike, you could not ride a brand new bike like that. Instructions said something like breaking the engine and components in. You couldn't go over idk...this was in the early 80s...say 10mph for so long, then 20mph...took a good week to break the engine in. I've bought all used bikes since then, except for the dirt/street I have now. I regret buying it so much. It's a 250 cc, $2k. Even at its lowest, I have to tippie top to reach the ground. I should have known, being 5ft 5inches, 105 lbs. I bought it brand new in June of 22, has 21 miles on it. That's how much I love it. My little bike, a Honda 80 XL from the mid 80s, went 55 mph with 2 teenage kids on it. Meant for one. 60 with me alone. Of course that's pegged out, but this 250 doesn't even touch what that little bike had. If I'd have known I could have bought a Honda XL 125 for 1500 bucks and with a Credit Card. I'd have done that instead. At least I know what I'm getting. It's faster than this 250 too. Stay away, far far far away from Tao Tao Tbr7

do you think the TAOTAO DB17 125cc dirt bike is about the same or better?
gonna be dope to put on a turbo on that thing

I moved to Salton sea recently and I want a dirt bike this looks good for hooning around the líder roads and open desert
I love it so far
You should motor swap it they have a z's190 or 212cc engine 5 speed electric start and kick that's a direct replacement for it and it will do 75mph on the road it would be just like a ycf or pitster pro 👍✌️👌🏍️🥂💯
Brooooo I might need to do that
@@Kordare its definitely a grown man move would also have way more torque the zs190cc is 18-26HP a common swap to they even use it in motocross and mini gp bikes there lots on UA-cam about them it would be like a Honda crf150r to compare it to a name brand but that bikes like 6k awwawawch🤑 it would be sweet.🏍️👍✌️👌💯
the probably for me, i used to own honda CR250R and well every thing since but a R6 has been boring.
Odd I have have never had any interest in getting a dirt bike but now I want one
This is a great one to start on 🤘
I had a similar one as my first bike, kayo tt 125 which is actually cheaper, hell of a fun. you can not do lots of stuff compared to full sized dirtbike but if you dont have more money of if you want to play it safe it is a good choice, it is basically a Grom of dirtbikes.
Damn I’m about to grab one of these for that price nice buy man I like this thing so far it’s a nice thing to have some quick fun on.
I've been very pleased with it so far. Ride it all the time 🤘
how much did got it for, with taxes?

It's a rfz big wheel pit bike .I've got one with a 160cc in it
i used to have one i just recently sold it, it was fun but after a year it starts to have problems
I like your style
I wonder if you can make a conversion kit for these cheap bikes to convert them into a atc .
You can turn anything into anything with enough money and time.
I'm surprised at how healthy that motor sounds!.. I assume the wheels are 17"/14". I see that some of these bikes come with 19"/16".
I was too! Yes they are 17/14
I have one very similar and it’s very fun and it breaks away less than you would think
Cool little bilked for the price. You’ll definitely have loads of funny on it
Loving it so far 🤘
Never seen your channel, but in the first 10 seconds, saw the Z3 in the background. I had a 2000 M Coupe back in the day. Clown shoe car lol. I'll sub to ya just for the memories...
Appreciate it 🤘🤘
I’m getting the same dirt bike in summer
👍👍
When I am traveling what bar on the map can I use the driver's map or. The bike route map?
Badass bro, thanks!
🤘🤘
I have got one but with the big wheels and It is my first bike and is a great beginner bike and it is so much fun
sounds great, looks good
🤘🤘
Probably a dumb question but I never owned a dirt bike only sport bikes. When you added air to the tires what type of adapter was on your pump? Thanks
This was a normal Schrader valve like car or bike tires
damn my dude looking swoll as fuck! great video though man. I may pick up one of these for the wife, she's been itching to learn
Hahah thanks a lot 🤘 been loving it so far!
You are so lucky to have a dirt bike i have dreamed about getting a dirtbike for ages.I have wanted one since i got into mountain biking but there just to expensive but this bike looks a decent price i might save up for it
Do it!
Awesome I just ordered the same one👍
🤘🤘
Is it street legal? I'm 20 y/o 6'0 and need either this or that razor mx600 to travel to work. No car so it would be more fun tbh and cheaper
This version isn't but I think they have one that is with lights etc.
Can't wait to see what kind of mods your going to do it!
🤘🤘
Im 14 and i fit perfectly on a 150, i wouldnt say its a adult bike more like 200
You should put aftermarket stuff on it and see how much better it runs and looks
I will be doing that 🙌
Nice video brother. Now I have to explain to my wife in a couple of weeks why there is a big ass crate being delivered to our home.😩🤦🏾♂️🤣
I wanna get my son one for Christmas this was an awesome video
Do it!! Thanks for watching!
can see the bike is very low geared for a 125. same as my old 110 pit bike . but these bikes are safe fun and should last if you keep a check on everything
This would be a great beginners bike for me. Awesome video my guy🤙🏽
It's been a perfect bike to learn on for me, thanks!
Getting my kids some bikes this summer and this may be the perfect bike for me to put around on with them. Fantastic!!!
Can we drive dirt bike on Chicago city? Or we need to take any kind of permission?
These bikes are awesome! And if you get bored of it on the dirt you can get some supermoto wheels/tires for it.
I'm having a lot of fun with it so far 🤘
Bruh, I can't believe with all the good content you put out, this one brings in soooo many views 🤣 Whatever it takes, glad to see it. Congrats my friend 🤘
Haha I know right...... Working on a bunch of new stuff right now 🤘
The word “CHEAPEST” draw ppl in.
the internet exists to sell things be it distraction and division... or amazon products.
For the price, that thing looks super fun to ride!
It's seriously worth it in my opinion 🙌
@@Kordareis it still going good after a year?
Thank you for posting this!
My son an daughter wants one for Christmas an I was very hesitant about it
🙌🙌
How has it held up since?
@@gucciflip-flopzcruz5467 it's been great I ride it all the time. Just gotta watch for bolts loosening up. Good idea to add loctite to them.
I bought this bike a few days ago I can’t wait for it 😂 do you still like yours?
Yeah I'm really happy with it
My buddy bought a rfz 125 off of some one and 4th gear was gone so he bought a lifan 140cc engine brand new for 500 bucks and it’s quick and plenty of torque to wheelie
Nice🤘
How do you get parts for this?
That's funny
Oh wow a cheap Amazon bike video. So crazy and original
Literally everything else I do is custom building things from scratch so once in a while it's nice to mix it up and have some fun 🤘🤘
I wish I had enough money to get this thing being 14 is hard 😭
Stay patient 🤘
@@Kordare Thanks, I will try harder!
Whole lot of dirt bike for the cheap price tag! I needs me one!
Well worth it
I’m trying to save up for a dirt bike me and my friend are gonna wash cars and mow lawns and take out trash but I only have 33 bucks and it cost 299😔😢
Keep working and stay patient!
Thank you ur my inspiration 🥹😊
Not eligible for shipping to California. Sadddd...
Dangggg another California fail...
I would like to see an update on this just to see if it lasted, if it’s still doing good nine months later? Maybe find out what modifications you had to do? Thanks
I rode it a lot since getting it, very happy with it overall. Just gotta watch for some bolts loosening up. Otherwise it's super fun and starts easily.
Hi i have a few questions 1 what type of oil did you put in the bike 2 could you do a video on how to drive the bike 3 wound you recommend this for a teen 13 yrs old??
O yeah and what type of gas does it use?
Regular gas but I only use ethanol free. This wouldn't be a bad bike for a 13 year old
So what did I win with the right guess? =P
😂

I can’t wait to see a turbo on this thing!

Are you ok???
I just retired this year, and my shop sold a lot of these bikes. the manufacturer is Apollo. the engines are very good. you need to be careful of the transmission, like where he was jamming it pretty hard to put it in gear. be mind full of tire pressure and loose spokes. carbs are a good upgrade and so is a better rear shock absorber. The coolster M-125 is also a great bike much like this one. No comparison to Jap bikes but for the money....fine
Appreciate the tips 🙌
Its a nice bike
Okay my question is are they worth purchasing think I would have went after the same bike but with a 250cc
Definitely worth it
@@Kordare okay I'm 6-0 and weigh about 160 is this bike going to work for me or is it too short referring to the 125 just asking before I Order It and how long did it take you to receive the Bike
Yeah my friend is about your same build who was riding in this video without issue
Information very much appreciated
Hey how tall is the dirt bike I am getting one and I’m 4’8 how tall is it put together
hey bro is the front tire 70/100-17?
i had one that i 190 swapped it, if you dont abuse them they are great i guess, i welded pretty much everything you can imagine on that thing lol it was atleast 4 sets of rims per season on a pit bike track you get what you pay for, rear suspension was decent on mine the front forks straight up trash, i believe mine was called apollo open 140? something like that, only thing that never broke was the engine they are strong when you run em with quality oil
Daytona 190 or zs190?
