    In a breakdown he's growling in his native Russian. Translation goes kinda like:
    - Everyone will lose [what he] loves the most
    - No, there are no broken destinies

    - Death comes, she will awake you.

    It's a double pedal base and he does all the work. And in these type of concerts, honor is everything. You will be caught when stage diving and in the circle pit and wall of death, if you get knocked down, you will get picked up.

    • @brockly6434

      Think it depends on the genre. Deathcore, metalcore, death metal there is always an honor system but hardcore and slam shows people crowdkill and stomp out people for fun

      @amphibeingmcshpongletron5026 3 роки тому +22

      @@brockly6434 Facts. People need to be careful and read the situation. You can tell by the sound of the current band playing and the look and behavior of the people in the pit. You start hearing too much hardcore derived music and see too many people in backwards baseball caps, bandanas over faces, tank top jerseys, etc and skinhead lookin dudes, watch out for the flying kicks to your head. Everyone's about to be kung fu fighting. If someone in THAT pit looks particularly angry, STAY AWAY from them! They WILL crowd kill you. Never seen angrier dudes than hardcore kids.
      Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of the music and went to a bunch of shows with cool people that just mosh different, but the amount potential accidents plus people who will absolutely cause you physical harm with no remorse are far more frequent at those shows compared to straight up Death Metal shows. Sometimes you get some cross pollination of fans at deathcore or slam shows (sometimes thrash or crossover as well) where you'll see two very distinct types of fans. This happens all the time at festivals with multiple genres on the ticket. That's where you actually get the most casualties from my experience because you have people trying to mosh (or "hardcore dance" for the crowd killers) differently in the same space. I've been kicked in the face while in a circle pit on more than one occasion cause dudes were flailing limbs like helicopters about to crash in the center and intentionally crashing into the circle pit and taking people out and causing everyone to trip over each other.

      @MellonVegan 10 місяців тому +1

      Tbf tho, that doesn't apply to everyone. I may be in the minority but heavy music, to me, has nothing to do with aggression. It is, however, about excitement, the rush of adrenaline and a feeling of empowerment. It's kinda similar to going to the gym. The stereotype is meatheads going there to fight their demons ("the gym is my therapy" and the like) but never in my life have I been able to train angry. I may look and sound angry but deep down I'm just elated and full of adrenaline.
      But again, maybe I'm just in the minority.

    Damn why the one dislike? I think is a dope reaction! Love seeing you go down the path of metal. And it's cool too because it's fresh to you. Such a wild genre. I would love to request a few songs for you man. I feel like I know lots of stuff that you would enjoy to listen to. Lots of hiphop inspired metal bands as well. Am I able to pay per request or do I need a certain tier for a certain number of requests?

      @@MrLboydReacts that's awesome. Soon I will sending some reactions your way. I like how you keep it simple and real with your reactions. And you clearly have a great musical background so I love how you can respect many of the little things a lot of reactors miss. To answer one of your questions too, the drummers in these bands use what's called double pedals. One kick drum but there are two pedals connected to two separate beaters so they can use both feet. Keep it up! I been watching every day since the first omegle bars.

    Experienced stage diver here. I'm 42 now though and haven't partaken in stage diving since my 20s. I was around 175 lbs and they caught me all but one time. I've jumped from the stage itself, from mini trampolines a band put at the front of the stage, and even off a speaker stack once. At one of the shows with the mini trampolines, I got on stage and jumped off maybe 5 times. It was a small venue with no barricade. Eventually I wasn't caught and landed face down. Luckily I came out with just a busted lip. Too old for all that now but I guess I thought back then that I was invincible. Lol

    Dope reaction dude. To answer some questions - Yes he does the pre breakdown part in Russian. Drummer plays on one kick drum but he uses double pedals. They are not fighting, its call wall of death, basically wall on wall moshing. Also you should totally try crowdsurfing and crowdiving, despite metalheads looking like a crazy aggressive bunch, we are actually quite sensible and treat anyone in the pit as family, so if anyone falls or gets hurt everyone around stops to make sure that person is ok.

    New to your channel however absolutely enjoyed the hell out of this reaction ! To some of your questions, the lead is Alex Terrible, russian was indeed the language in the video and that Demonic growl part was all him too ! The drummer too is also a monster on the kit, he's definitely up there with the greats that are Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan of A7X or Joey Jordinson of ex Slipknot !
    Also if you enjoyed this, another phenomenal heavy metal track you'll possibly enjoy is Solway Firth by Slipknot, incredible drumming, vocals, pacing, all of it !

    This type of music and the craziness you see in the crowd is one of the best therapies out there for metal heads! And that "fighting in the crowd" is called the wall of death, you split center of room and run at each other as fast as can (imagine renaissance/Viking period fighting just take away the swords and shields), it is painful but so much fun... Just do not have cigarettes or cell phone or keys in your pockets, you breaking something or getting stabbed by keys ha!

    back in '95, @Club Bene', (which was demolished in 2014), some local bands played a show. im 5ft 11, my buddy was 6ft 3 or 6ft 4. he said " come on dude, let's go surfin', i'll boost ya" and he locked his hands together as in a foot bost. I hopped up, he tossed me. above the crowd and there was just an empty circle of floor below me at that second.( like hop on a trampoline and have someone move it away before you come back down). i hit the floor hard, landed on my back, heard a loud pop/crack. and i slowly picked my head up to see how my legs and feet held up. my left leg ended up in an awkward, sideways V like > i was amazed i didnt break it, i think maybe i just dislocated and sprained it. Now at 45, when everything hurts, at times; i remember Bene' "Ow" lol. We used to do some dumb shit XD

    Hey new to the channel.
    To answer a few questions
    1) drummer has a single bass drum and a double pedal
    2) stage diving is a blast im 6'2" 235lbs and 41 years old and still do it when concerts are allowed. We will catch you or deflect you to land on your feet.
    3) that was a wall of death mosh pit. The crowd splits apart then charges full speed into each other. They are fun as are moshpits in general.
    4) yes metal music even more so live is an awesome way to release stress, rage, or other negative emotions in a somewhat more healthy manner ( moshpits and crowd surfing have inherent risk of minor injury)
    5) he sings the part without instruments in Russian.
    Keep it up dropping the like and follow now.
