this part of the game is absolutely brilliant, back in the days people never care about performance and graphic issue, story and gameplay done all the job
and it didn’t try to act like it was the first ever game to make its players think about the NPCs they kill, the last of us really thought it did something more 😩
Finally someone who posted the version with actual kills in it. Everyone else on UA-cam posted the Pacifist route that has Snake walking in an empty river meeting only the bosses
Everyone knows that whatever NPC's you killed before will show up as ghosts here. I'm more impressed by how some seem to remember exactly how you killed them. If you slit their throats, they'll scream how their necks hurt, if you burned them they'll scream it's too hot, some will eve shout how you ate them if you fed their corpses to vultures then ate those vultures. I didn't even realize until I saw 7:00 that the game will also remember if you apperently killed someone by shooting their dongs
So the time gained from speedrunning and killing is taken back from you by giving you this, morale of the story:Play stealthy and take your time and you might even save time.
What kill makes ghosts running above the water? While I do remember you can get ghosts that got: Slitted throats, eaten by a vulture, burned, reading a Magazine with ladies (funny one), shooting their balls off (Another funny but a painful one).

I played the whole game through just only stealthy slitting throats, when I got to this point it’s was headless soldiers of all my kills. Nuts
This game did a better job at making me feel bad for the ones i killed than The last of us 2

Not really,you can just crouch and drown to gain time and die faster but it's less interesting.
