I believe that I first heard of peptides from Maria. One Hawaii girl to another she’s awesome just like you. Im surprised she did not talk about them.

Another wonderfully informative episode. So many women in America get PCOS now. Countries with more stringent food standards don't seem to have it occur as frequently.
What are your thoughts on taking low doses of inositol (~500mg) if you don't have PCOS or diabetes? I've heard it may be good for the thyroid and may also prevent insulin resistance. There's not too much information I can find about it outside of the context of PCOS though.

Thank you so much for your kind words. PCOS is contributed to greatly by lifestyle factors... It does appears there have been positive reports of inositol improving insulin sensitivity, help with weight loss, and improve fertility in PCPS patients. Also, there are 2 forms of inositol (MI and DCI), and proper ratio is important. It appears MI and DCI in a 40:1 ratio may be more effective...

What I’m thinking is any food in moderation. It depends on what kind of meat….. I think clean Keto is super healthy. That may be different for different people. I try to follow clean 15, dirty dozen in regard to buying organic or not. Amounts of food make a difference of course, but yes, noodles, rice, crackers, bread all are sugar.
It’s important to keep sugar low so I use stevia
I think juicing organic veggies and fruit can heal at the cellular level. In general dairy & meat are acidic and bother certain health conditions.
Yes, I lost 30 pounds on keto & naturally started intermittent fasting. My body feels & looks good on healthy Keto!

That is fantastic what you did for your health! Congratulations for taking your health into your own hands and did things 80% of the doctors in our current healthcare system don't know how to do... cheers!

Talking about sodium....the blood tests are cheap now. I don't know why doctors are so afraid of ordering blood tests for minerals.

They may not know to order the test. Most doctors are used to and happy to order tests. If they did not order, it would be a result of not realizing it is relevant...
