Easy Installation of the Healtech Thunderbox TB-U02 | 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro

If you have a bike with a CAN-Bus system you cannot simply splice into the wiring without running the risk of throwing a code. Aside from that, if you want to power your accessories only when the bike is on, and power them off when it is not (so you don't drain your battery) then the easiest way to accomplish this is with a sophisticated "junction box" like the Healtech Thunderbox TB-U02. With this unit you can connect up to 8 accessories, and best of all the installation is very easy.

Thanks for the comment. I think it’s a safe bet that it would work the same on the 2024 - I would have taken the same bet. Even if it doesn’t work you’d be able to sell it easily. Circle back and update this comment thread when installed.

No I didn’t record the installation of the upper crash bars on the Really Pro. They are the revised Triumph crash bars with the 3rd support point.

how do you wire in an accessory that has its own relay and trigger wire?

The accessories I have seen like that have two wires for live and ground and a trigger wire separately. Best to follow the instructions for the accessory you’re considering.
