Found kichi kichi style omurice in Downtown Chicago by Kyuramen! So soft and creamy!

Kichi kichi style omurice, made famous by Chef Motokichi Yukimura in Kyoto, I never thought I would find something similar outside Japan! And yet here we are at Kyuramen in downtown Chicago, IL.
It is beautifully done! The omelette is firm outside but when they cut into it, just watch how soft and creamy it is on the insides! And the curry sauce on top is the icing on the cake, it tastes heavenly!!!
Ramen was good too but the omurice clearly needs to take centre stage because it tastes so freaking good. Save this spot because you won't find it anywhere else, at least in the Midwest!
