Oh yes I feel you on the family one. my family caused some big anxieties for me even though I love them and they not bad people , ghosted them a lil to work on myself and now I’m able to talk to them on my own schedule. I do the once a week checkup routine on them , I feel much better and progressing everyday.

My friend recommended your channel to me and I’ve been binging bc you’re my type of girl. I love your personality and your content and THIS is so relatable to me. I have been battling with my anxiety since I was a teen and you were just explaining so many things I experience. I learned my anxiety is tied to a lot of child hood trauma and also a health condition I didn’t realize I had (iron deficiency anemia). Definitely great advice to look deeper into where it’s coming from. Thank you for sharing this content Bestie B!

It’s crazy seeing that so many people relate to the same thing. I used to feel crazy and didn’t understand what was going on but it feels good to know that I’m not crazy and there are people like you that use your channel to make us feel accepted and we can see in the comments that what we go through is relatable.

Bria, not sure if you will see this, but I just felt the need to say: I recently discovered your channel and platform, and I think it is absolutely incredible what you are doing. For example, your podcast episodes "The People We Follow" and UA-cam videos are just so spot on with techniques on shifting one's mindset and it's just what people need to hear, even when it's hard to hear, when in self-doubt and in tough places in their lives. I am just so, so happy this channel is reaching and impacting so many people, like it has to me!

insane i feel like i’m having a convo with myself. emotions are the portal to YOU. what really helped me this year is to stop trying to run away from the anxiety. literally running away and refusing to sit with it made it exponentially worse and more intense and created such an unnecessary cycle. once i began to sit was when i found the most peace and strength with any emotion but esp anxiety. i realized it’s more about getting through the emotion. and luckily for us humans, they typically only last for a few moments and slowly start to disapate! that’s probably common sense to a lot of people but i literally forgot that is the case lmao. anyways i still do have anxious thoughts but trying to embody the “this too shall pass” mentality has really REALLY helped. also exercise is a great mental outlet + the natural endorphin release while training my body to stronger ughhh.

Try to find a healthy outlet and enjoy your youth right now and focus on fun- the rest will work out!
