Gostei muito do teu trabalho meu Rapaz, gostei da solda e as outras maquinas que foram usadas neste trabalho de um verdadeiro profissional, realmente foi feita uma morsa de verdade, valeu.
it's not all that hard, just be sure to have DRY electrodes, and the right amperage, ac buzz welder, or better a DC welder. converted my old lincoln 225 to dc with 300 amp bridge rectifier, and capacitors, oil-filled 250 volt ones. Also a microwave transformer, (the steel core, only)with 4 turns of welding wire, hooked in series with the electrode cable (+ one) ...welds very good....start with 6013 rods, and when you produce ok welds, use 7014 or 7018 for better strength . Good luck.
As usually my friend it's a fine metal workmanship job. There's care, passion, detail and a Do It Yourself satisfaction achievement . Thumbs up by default. My greetings and respects from this Caribbean shore.
That is one nice drill press you have. Never seen one like that before. I looked it up and it's got quite of a price tag! Industrial it is. Great work...subbing!

Boostwerx Yeah. I can handle work and hobby with the same drill, its very powerfull, but still small sized.
If your saw has enough travel always cut flat steel and sheet metal vertically if at all possible for blade longevity. The idea is to have the minimum amount of metal touching the blade at any given time. Also, when using a chop saw, cut square tubing on one of its edges, not on one of its flat sides. And a bit of coolant never hurts when using a metal to metal action...but do not use coolant when cutting with fiber discs.
Now that was Awesome Tuomas... I plan on making a second vice. I have done all the Sketchup Drawings. You have made an Outstanding vice hear Mate. Very well done Many Thumbs up and Thank you for sharing.....
Отличная работа! Хорошие тиски получились! Мне повезло я нашел на свалке металлолома хорошие тиски и восстановил их. Вы можете посмотреть как я это делал на моем канале. Подписывайтесь. Оценивайте работу! Спасибо!
Beautifully! Where so much metal ? I'd live there in a shop like this... Envy, interesting work have people ! (Ukraine ) Красиво ! Откуда столько металла ? Я бы там и жил, в таком цеху... Завидую, интересная работа у людей !

I feel a bit sad now, because my own portable worktable like yours was lost when I moved out my house into an apartment. Time to replace it!

Ouch. Those are very usefull in every home. I lived in a very small apartment 15 years ago. I still had one, i made some small woodworks on the balcony.. also i had removed feets from my ironing board, to save some space. I stored it on top of the closet, and mounted to my worktable when needed. 😊 See.. very usefull to have foldable worktable in every home. 😂
Can I ask why you're using filler rod for an inside angle weld? You do know that fusing the two pieces is much stronger when it's an inside or outside corner?
I am very glad to see a welding production shop still use stick arc welding and Tig welding instead of Mig welding I see in every one else videos
Тиски отличные. Сколько видел роликов по изготовлению тисков! Этот мастер самый аккуратный!
That's a cracking vice, made with pride & a lot of attention to detail....
Roger Rack ham Thank you. 😊

I loved this bead welding. Stick weld but the result like MIG weld. 👍

A great add on would be to socket weld a large nut on the end on the threaded rod so you could use a ratchet or a wrench to tighten it down.

Hey, I just had an idea regarding those worktables....why not make a larger table top with pegs on the bottom to hold it in the clamping holes?
