I just started on my archery hunting journey a couple months ago, I’ve killed several elk nd deer with a rifle and crossbow. It’s hard to find good information on us short draw length and low poundage girlies. I’m pulling 50 lb with a 25.5 draw length and have been told I shouldn’t hunt elk. I also bought a beginner bow, but I did some upgrades. I only plan on shooting 30 yards max bit have no direction on what arrows and set up I should use, other than use a cut on contact two blade broadhead. I’d love a podcast on set ups and how to go about bow hunting elk for short draw low poundage hunters. From arrows to broadheads and getting close to elk outside of the rut. Our archery season in Utah generally runs before the rut in august through mid September.
